I was charged more since your site had 3 floors on the scan. I requested you correct it to 2 floors. I have used the app many times. Sometimes it works great. When it doesn't, it is a terrible experience. Pros I like the home detail that the app provides. It is a great way to get detail of a homes floorpan. Cons They constantly add to your invoice after you order. If the scan makes a mistake, you will be charged to correct it. What you think you are going to pay is more than likely less than what they will ultimately bill you for. With a small amount of TLC it would be fantastic and I'd give it 5 stars, but I ultimately can't. My suspicion is that most of this is algorithmic or AI based, because if humans were actually reviewing footage and comparing to the output floorplan they would catch the silly mistakes that come up. This would be fine were it a low-cost monthly subscription, but you typically pay $30USD or so for a full plan. Getting a revision is tedious and difficult and I often can't tell if they're still just relying on AI, because you point out the utterly obvious (like a non-existent wall, or a random exterior fence being included in GLA floorspace) or make notes on the order and they're essentially ignored, often taking half a dozen emails to tediously resolve something minor. All of this would be water under the bridge if the editing software had any degree of flexibility, but it doesn't. MS Paint has more features. You can't adjust text size or boldness of individual text, only all the text; you can't delete or revise a wall that was misplaced; you can't selectively include or exclude square footage of rooms; there's no option to add a title to all pages. What's most egregious is the software doesn't retain the video of the floorplan for you to review and compare to the output, meaning you resort to screen-capturing the footage or have to simply remember. Cubicasa does little to nothing with feedback given, either. Some of these tweaks would be stupidly simple to implement with a few hours of programming. Pros Floorplans are quick and relatively intuitive to execute. Turnaround times are reasonable, with serious caveats I will list below. Cons Expensive for the level of service, frequently obviously inaccurate, no option to retain the footage you took to compare the floorplan to (footage auto-disappears after you send it for processing), adding notes or asking for corrections is painfully tedious, editing software has extremely basic shortcomings. Its been amazing, saves me a TON of time, its accurate, and its very easy to use. Id recommend using this product for every single real estate listing. Pros There are so many features I enjoy. Going from using a laser to measure each room and taking 2 hours to sketch it out by hand to using my phone to take a 10 minute scan and im done. Its a game changer! Plus the extra options and improvements they keep making such as adding 3d floor plans, gross living area, property description packages, and more! Its really fantastic and accurate!! Cons I think the only thing i dont like is how when youre scanning a smaller room the app uells at you and says youre too close! I know im too close, the room is only 6ft by 5ft but that doesnt mean it doesnt work. It still works perfectly it just yells at you and makes you feel as if theres an error when there isnt. The process took time; 1-2 hours to measure & sketch the property on site, then another 1-2 hours to create accurate plans with software.CubiCasa was recommended to me, and has been an absolute game changer. I can now scan a property in minutes, upload in seconds and have more time to spend with my family at night. The floor plans come in perfect, with specialty icons, and the ability to make my own changes quickly & easily.When I do have questions or concerns, the Chat option on their website is available and I've experienced very little wait time to receive a response. Customer Service is outstanding; they recognize the issue and often forward helpful links and videos to further explain issues.Not only has CubiCasa saved me from the process of creating my own floor plans, but now I am able to fit more shoots in per day. Knowing the scanning process takes literally minutes instead of hours allows me to accomodate my Real Estate Agents more easily. I can now accommodate 5 appointments per day, instead of 2-3. Scheduled Agents are happy Agents.I am so grateful that this company excels in the product they offer, and more importantly, have a solid Customer Service team ready for any questions. They continually amaze me, and I am eternally grateful for this company. Pros The scanning process is simple and easy to understand. The company provides attractive & precise floor plans with accurate icons (such as curved staircases, shaped tubs and kitchen islands). The ability to customize and add/delete room labels in Quick Edit is great, and CubiCasa has absolutely fantastic Customer Service. I use the Aryeo platform to deliver my products to my Agents, and I'm able to link CubiCasa directly to Aryeo, which makes uploading incredibly simple. Cons I often submit scans between 3p-5p, and would prefer to have them back prior to leaving for the next morning's shoot appointments. It seems to take close to 18-24 hours. Ease of use, the turn around, and final product are nice. Customer service is quick to respond too. Pros Its ease of use is amazing. We all have our phones with us, so it's convenient to log into an app and start making a floor plan. It is that simple. Cons Sometimes the measurements can be off, but I stress to my clients that this should be used to get an idea of how the house flows and where the rooms are located to each other. I would still have them measure the exact rooms, but it definitely gives them the idea of how the house is arranged and if it would be a good fit for their family. So I think the combination of a floor plan and pictures are a good pairing.
