Best software to measure a property with world class customer support.

Pros

Ease of use. The software is amazing. I can measure a house in very little time. I was hesitant to use Cubicasa at first. I was pleasently surprised how easy it was and how accurate it is.

Cons

There isn’t anything I don’t like. It is a fantastic product with an epic support team.

Pros

This software truly impacts my practice, saving me significant time and effort while helping assure my sketches are in compliance with the recent changes to industry regulations. The best part is the ease of getting the data needed for the software to generate a sketch thats clean and professional in appearance.

Cons

I was disappointed they increased the fees, but its understandable considering their product and service far outpace the limited costs.

love it all - going to be holding a training class in my office next month - everyone needs to know about this

Pros

I just paid $250 to a local appraiser to measure two homes to verify square footage. Now with this, I don't need to see him anymore! LOVE LOVE LOVE the ease of use, accuracy, quick turnaround and the various formats provided. 10 outta 10!

Cons

nonedo I have to come up with something...okay - maybe to be able to modify the floorplan myself once it comes back - to add in flooring types etc....

Overall, it has been a great experience working with CubiCasa! The software and customer service are GREAT.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and has been very accurate when compared to the measurements obtained using an old-fashioned tape measure and clipboard. It is great for new appraisers and seasoned appraisers as well.

Cons

In the beginning the editing tool was a little difficult to use. But it is now working great.

being able to offer a 2D floor plan along with my photo/video service has definetly added more value to my shoots than the time it takes.

Pros

Super fast and easy to use. As fast as walking through a property to make sure you didn't leave anything behind.

Cons

Honestly nothing I can think would make it better for my use. I'm not a huge fan of the branding color, is it green or blue? I'm going blueen.

Very Good

Pros

I love the ease of use. I have only used the scan for my own home as a test to find out how accurate it was. I did request tech support due to a difference in GLA, but that was resolved swiftly. I was soooo amazed at the quality and accuracy of the floor plan and dimensions provided.

Cons

I of course would like it to be available immediately and not within 24 hours, but the turn time was much shorter for my test version. I am waiting for a pending scan now, and I look forward to using it in an assignment I am completing today.

Pros

This is perfect for ANSI® Z765-2021 measurement and calculation standards were applied. I never have to worry if I got it correct. Thank you for this great app!

I'm saving time! I love not having to worry about the accuracy of the square footage I am reporting.

Pros

In just a few minutes I am able to obtain accurate measurements that conform to ANSI Standards for appraisals. I was "old school" with graph paper and pencil, lasers and tapes, measuring the perimeter and creating a sketch in the field, then transcribing the sketch on my computer; I am now comfortable with this state of the art technology.

Cons

I would benefit by increasing my skills on the editing side, and there is a bit of a learning curve. However, I remain amazed by the accuracy of the results! I tested the app on properties I had previously measured by hand

So far, I estimate I save 20 to 30 minutes per assignment with this tool. In addition, it is much easier than measuring from the outside due to obstructions and weather conditions.

Pros

Ease of use both when inspecting the property and after when editing the final details for adding into the report.

Cons

I'm required to maintain all documentation in an appraisal work file for the property being appraised. I now see that once that I complete the inspection at the site and am saving the scan, I can review the captured inspection prior to saving/submitting. I'd like to be able to secure this scan document in order to be in compliance with professional practice requirements.

it's a 10!

Pros

As a real estate appraiser, this product is literally a game changer in the field. It is ANSI compliant and helps tremendously with floor plans, measurements of tricky spaces like upper levels and basements and is extremely easy to use. I highly recommend this product to other real estate appraisers.

Cons

Wish there was the capability to change the room labels manually myself instead of having to have it processed by company.

I hated it when there are updates to my appraisal software. I am afraid that I will waste time with figuring out the changes. This is the first time I used a product like Cubicasa and It came out great. If I can use it, anyone can. I sent my subject (my own home) into Cubicasa at 11:00 am and i received the complete report at 4 pm. It was accurate as I had taped the home when I bought it. Impressive operation to me

All, I have done with Cubicasa is attend an online webinar and watched some of the youtube videos. I have no negative comments at all

Adding the layouts to my listings has been extremely beneficial to my business. It makes a HUGE difference when potential buyers can see how homes are laid out. I can easily budget $30 into every listing and the turnaround time for completion is great

Pros

As an appraiser for over 25 years, with CubiCasa I am able to offer my clients more services. The floorplans are a wonderful addition to my list of available services.

Cons

I do wish I was able to push "pause" while scanning a house. I also wish I could access the scans I create. Especially with new construction, I need to see where the roughed-in plumbing is so I can properly place the fixture in the appropriate location.

Biggest is it takes the room measurements and also since I have a floor plan it makes it easier to remember all the rooms of the house and location so easier to make comments

It is user friendly, Makes room measurements so easy ( I have checked them by hand) Not only do clients love it when you show them it impresses them of your work

not really ran into any trouble at all. As long as you look at the floor plan and edit room names if are incorrect
