Pros

The ability to create floor plans just from walking the property! Very easy to use

Cons

That the app logs you out that when you're at a rural area with no signal, you have to hope that you get at least one bar of signal to get the app to work...it should work without the need to login, or at least have it where it can still record for a later upload

I love the professional floorplans this software creates. It is so much easier to use then drawing walls on appraisal software.

Cons

The GLA can be way off on occasion. I still do not trust it enough and hand measure the property

Pros

Love the ease of use and the quick turn around. If I have any issues, the tech support is great. Training videos were very helpful.

Cons

I cannot think of any. I am not super techie, so keeping the program simple is a good thing.

I Love Cubi Casa the best part is I no longer have to measure houses and can use the software. It makes my job go faster and I don't need to spend as much time measuring. I know when I use Cubi Casa, I don't need to worry about it not being accurate.

Pros

It's ease use was exceptional. Within just a few minutes I felt I had a good handle on providing a good product.

Cons

Just the learning curve of NOT WALKING STRAIGHT. I continually wanted to side step.

I am really impressed how detailed the floor plans are. I've scanned some interesting homes, and every time the plans look great!

Cons

I lost a scan in the middle of the process and I'm not sure why.

Pros

I can use the device I have in my pocket. The floor plans are easy to produce and very good. It is surprisingly accurate even when the homeowner has a lot of boxes and furniture along the walls and in closets. When I don't think I will get a good reading the floor plans comeback amazing.

Cons

You have to be careful when walking around looking at the device not to stumble over something.

Reason for choosing CubiCasa

Ease of use, I don't have to purchase any hardware, and it is a pay as you go and very reasonable.

Pros

The ease of use is a great feature - from start to finish. There are many export options for the final product and the website is very easy to use.

Cons

Not much. I wish I could adjust the size of text in a smaller room without adjusting the whole floor plan. Not sure if this can be done by submitting a fix or not. I'm still a new user so not sure if I will come up with anything else, but will surely provide feedback if I do.

I've not used floor plans on my listings previously because I was unaware of a simple, cost effective solution. CubiCasa is the answer!

Pros

CubiCasa is amazing! It's simple to scan a home, load the scan and upload for processing. Plus, the turnaround time is exceptionally fast. I just discovered this tool last month and I've already used it multiple times on my listings. Great product!

Cons

Customization of the floor plans is a nice touch but it's a bit cumbersome to work with.

Pros

I walked into a vacant renovation project and within 10 minutes was ready to upload the scan. I received the floor plan back in less time than projected and there was not one error found! I will be able to use this for buyers, sellers and my personal investment portfolio! This is an amazing product and I'm so glad I was introduced to it!

Cons

So far I've not found anything I do not like about the product!

This is incredibly easy to use and accurate. I used to spend a fortune paying others to sketch out floor plans for my listings. Now I can do it myself at a fraction of the cost.

Cons

There is nothing I do not like. Incredible technology. Easy to use.
