le suivi des perf au quotidien, le fait de raisonner avec un budget précis pour l'exercice à venir, le suivi de la trésorerie de l'exploitation.

Pros

Très complet... Synergee donne des possibilités très vastes sur tous les modules Mon équipe étant trop petit, il m'est donc impossible d'utiliser toutes ces possibilités car l'encodage de toutes les données prennent beaucoup de temps

Cons

Dans le module Immobilier: pas de possibilité de sortir un listing des loyers payés actuellement pas de possibilité de décomposer le loyer en deux parties (une partie avec TVA et l'autre sans: dans les centres commerciaux: une partie du loyer est une Redevance soumise à TVA et l'autre du loyer non soumis. Le passage de Retail Drive à SYnergee a modifié la vision des équipements et de certaines données (TAG apportés entre-temps) ce qui a brouillé quelques peu certaines de nos informations. Avec le temps, on comprend le système de Tag MAIS NOS dossiers créée pour les photos ont été supprimés ce qui n'est pas idéal pour nous

Un responsable de magasin et son équipe ont une dizaine de rapports à leur disposition afin de suivre leurs principaux indicateurs commerciaux et financiers. Tous les matins, le lancement de journée du manager s’appuie sur le tableau de bord Synergee du magasin. Pour nos équipes en magasin, nos directeurs régionaux, les collaborateurs du siège et le comité de direction, Synergee est l’outil de lecture et de pilotage de l’activité.

Pros

La mise en place de Synergee sur notre réseau, a profondément modifié la lecture de la performance de nos boutiques. Après une mise en production et un déploiement rapide et efficace de l’outil, nos managers ont désormais une lecture pertinente, immédiate et simple de leurs résultats. La prise en main de l’outil est très intuitive et rapide. Depuis le lancement, un module supplémentaire sur l’entretien et la maintenance du magasin est venu enrichir l’outil.

Cons

Depuis le démarrage de l’outil, les ajustements et enrichissements ont été nombreux. Régulièrement, nous ajustons la mise en avant de certains KPI’S. Ces modifications sont souvent très rapides à mettre en place avec la réactivité et disponibilité de l’équipe support. La richesse des tableaux de bord et rapports, ne facilite pas la lecture sur mobile.
