I still learning but this has sure made my job much easier.

Pros

Oh my goodness this so much better than anything we've tried before. It is so simple and user friendly anyone could use it.

Cons

The only cons that we have ran into was access but found that this was a local issue and not a ExecuTime issue.

Executime has made our recording keeping a breeze. No more keeping time cards/excel spreadsheets/making copies. No more data entry into the system by our Payroll department. We enter it, and our supervisor approves it. Easy and straightforward.

Pros

I love the feature that allows you to basically copy the prior pay period's information, and keep the same hours. If you haven't taken vacation, etc, and worked the same schedule, it only takes a couple of minutes per pay period to process your time.

Cons

I wish it had a little more "how to" options. It's pretty easy to use, but I prefer having directions clearly written.

There should be a paperless option for pay stubs and W2s to make it easier for employees and save trees.
