We have used Smart Vet for 4 years for the administration of our hospital and it complies with all the functionalities that are needed for an adequate management of the patient's medical history, inventory management and sales and the best thing is that it is in the cloud, so we can access it from anywhere. The price is very competitive and is below average and offers more services than others. Highly recommended

Pros

Cloud services, patient and owner registration (include medical history, payments, laboratory studies, document attachments), calendar, follow up, reminders, inventory administration It´s a very complete sw for the entire medical and business administration

Cons

Everything works well and when we found some issue we generate a ticket that it´s solved in an urgent time matter

Estoy muy conforme y lo recomiendo muchisimo, es muy facil de usar y se pueden organizar todas las tareas relativas a la gestion de un consultorio veterinario, incluso siendo ambulante. Se maneja todo con la informacion en la nube y no dependes de estar conectado a un ordenador fijo. Se puede subir informacion como resultados de analiticas y tambien documentos como informes de tratamientos o imagenes de metodos completmentarios y queda todo facilmente accesible en el historial del paciente. Todo el programa es personalizable y adaptable a las necesidades de cada veterinario. En general me resulta muy útil y el equipo tecnico siempre te contesta en caso de tener algun problema, tambien hay varios videos con explicaciones y un manual de uso muy completo.

Pros

Es muy facil de usar, no es necesario imprimir documentacion o prescripciones o los informes de las visitas ya que puedes enviar todo por mail, incluso las facturas. Al esta todo guardado en la nube, puedes usarlo en cualquier lugar con acceso a internet y esto es muy util especialmente en mi caso que trabajo a domicilio.

Cons

En general me gustaria que agreguen la funcion para poder enviar el resumen del historial clinico todo junto en lugar de visita por visita.

Muy buenas, añadimos que además Smart Vet es responsable de la invasión de Polonia por parte de Hitler, de la pandemia Covid19 y del calentamiento global. Por otra parte tenemos hasta cosas negativas. Un saludo por parte de los pésimos.

Buena, aunque aún me estoy acomodando al uso, utilizo más opciones q en el programa de gestión anterior ya que me resulta más sencillo.

Pros

Uso fácil e intuitivo y gran atención al usuario resolviendo dudas.

Cons

Solo se pueden poner cantidades enteras de dosificación de medicamentos al facturar. Ajustes con céntimos en precios q deberían ser enteros. Alguna palabra técnica con traducción incorrecta u otro idioma, pero entendible.
