Pros

  • I love how simple this product is to use. I love that it’s not only a real estate platform, but handles marketing, CRM related functions, videos, and expired real estate listings.

  • Another great benefit of Espresso is they provide several weekly coaching sessions which has kept me motivated to keep going even when I feel like quitting.

  • I love the coaching the most because that keeps me motivated to keep dialing.

Cons

  • My phone number has been reported as spam, this is a major issue.

  • I am not sure how the neighborhood search works in this platform yet.

  • Well, exporting contacts is a pain. Then again all dialers have that issue.

"Seller Prospects - Espresso Agent has the Complete System"

Overall: I'm finally able to get potential leads from expired listings and for sale by owners in my inbox every morning. I can also get reliable contact information for circle prospecting (just listed/just sold, around listings and for geographical areas). I appreciate the added value of weekly webinars on technology, tips for getting better results, interviews with top producing agents who use Espresso Agents and coaches who help you with motivation. If contacting prospective leads to get appointments and leads is important to your business, Espresso Agent provides the most value of any I have seen in 26+ years of my real estate experience.

Pros: I like that the information you receive (phone nos. and email addresses) is accurate. It is a complete system for efficient initial contact and follow-up with leads. There is a library of your email templates, videos and a calendar that are extremely easy to use while you have the contact information pulled up. You also have access to the scripts while you are contacting potential seller and buyer leads. I have not found any other system with great training videos, ease of use and great results, if you follow the system.

Cons: Integration with my system has been extremely easy. There has been a learning curve as with anything; but customer service is always available to answer questions.

Reasons for Switching to Espresso Agent: There are so many benefits included with the Espresso Agent system and the ease and accuracy of being able to contact potential customers.

"Espresso is the BEST"

Overall: I have been in real estate for the last 5 years and I have tried all of the dialers (RedX, Mojo, MyPlus Leads) and Espresso is by far my favorite. It may be priced a little higher than the competition, but in my opinion the data and dialer is far superior. In addition to that I really enjoy the interface of Espresso agent; there are easy to organize folders and everything is customizable from whether you hear a ring tone or not to what scripts to display. Another great benefit of Espresso is they provide several weekly coaching sessions which has kept me motivated to keep going even when I feel like quitting. In the past 2 months with Espresso agent I have taken 4 new listings! With the ease of use and the great coaches Espresso is definitely worth it if you are ready to take your RE business to the next level!!!

Pros: I love the coaching the most because that keeps me motivated to keep dialing

Cons: I love everything about Espresso, but one thing that would be nice is if I could add an attachment to the email drip campaigns

"Most Sellers are Babyboomers"

"ESPRESSO "

Pros: I spend 5 days a week from 8:30 am till 12:00 pm prospecting on the phone, I recently switched to espresso , at first I thought having one line to dial was going to be a problem, since i had been using a multiple dialer for years, not only my conversion numbers got better, i am talking talking to more people, and as an added bonus i can fall back and listen to past conversations right there on the contact, no more guess work if i didn’t take good notes; which happens when your prospecting and i believe overall espresso has better info on contacts

Cons: I am not sure how the neighborhood search works in this platform yet.

"Thank you Espresso Agent! "

Overall: I have used Espresso Agent since I first started out in the real estate game during 2017! Since then I have tried other dialers but always found myself coming right back. They are extremely user friendly and have the best data in my opinion. The answer rate in much higher than some of the competitors. Using Espresso Agent I am able to have many conversations so I can reach my goals each month. Looking forward to growing my business even more with their new upgrades. Thank you for everything team!

Pros: I notice that the quality of data is better.

Cons: There are not enough photos of the listings.

"Great for Real Estate "

Pros: Since having Espresso Agent I have increased my business tremendously. The trainings they offer both live and pre-recorded are very well done and extremely helpful. The dialer system is great and very user friendly. The CRM is so easy to use. I love the professional emails you can create with the system. There is just too much this system does to explain it here. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to increase their business.

Cons: Wish it could integrate with KW Command.

"Buy it ASAP!"

Overall: Espresso Agent is helping me to build my business and to get in front of more people.

Pros: I like using the “ everybody answers” Data for circle prospecting, the numbers are very accurate and rarely ever do I not get a lot of pick ups.

Cons: The price is not bad so that’s the only con I would say.

Reasons for Switching to Espresso Agent: I made the switch because Redx data was inaccurate

"save time"

Overall: The whole point to use Espresso is to find connections with clients the better connection we can create with clients the more success i can be I always try to do thing in better quality more than quantity I think Espresso give me the opportunity to build the connection with other people in order for me to practice my expertise

Pros: I think it saved me a lot of time! it Allows me to send Bulk emails and bulk voicemails!

Cons: I would like it be be easier to organize leads

"Great software and support."

Overall: Excellent overall may not be viable for all markets, but that is not the software's fault. I would recommend at least giving it a try to see if it can help you with your needs.

Pros: Good Software, very easy to use and understand, little to no bugs or glitches, super reliable. Very good customer service.

Cons: Nothing much, maybe the price is a bit high.

"Gilbert Gardea - Great Option"

Pros: I liked the fact that there is a no commitment to pay like Vulcan7

Cons: Well, exporting contacts is a pain. Then again all dialers have that issue.

"Espresso Agent"

Overall: I love espresso agent! As soon as I logged in, it was easy to navigate and I was able to book 2 appointments. After looking at other services, I found that espresso had more accurate phone numbers and emails. I look forward to continuing my subscription with espresso throughout my real estate career.

Pros: Very accurate phone numbers and emails.

Cons: A bit difficult to navigate website at first.

"Everything you need in one CRM"
