I think compared to other POS systems, bePOS lacks nothing but it is a new software. However, by that, the price is reasonable and flexible for small to mid-sized spas which I highly recommend you to take a free trial. Cons The support of bePOS needs to be improved in the speed. Has most of the features I need. It is fantastic to be able to access my schedule from anywhere. It is fairly easy to navigate and figure out. The IT was very helpful whenever I have had an issue. Cons The things that I don’t like are that I can’t get both my appointments and times in my calendar to be in 12h clock. Right now my appointment times are in 24h and the times are in 12h. It is very confusing and there is no option to change it for appointments. I would like to have an option of sending confirmation emails the day before not when the appointment is booked. I would like to have the calendar split into 15min. Sections so I can book someone in at 12:15 for example and not have to manually change the time. I would like to be able to merge clients.
