If you are looking for something feature complete, and pricing is less of a concern (for larger teams), then Jira should suit your needs. Pros Jira is very feature complete, with a large plugin ecosystem. Cons It can be slow, and setting it up can be tedious. There are a lot of settings, and many settings seem similar, which can cause confusion. The pricing model is also off-putting, you pay full price for everything, even if users don't need it.
