Ability to integrate your releases, sending out release notes and notifications from stories, integration with version control, ability to create and customize workflows, custom tags for filtering etc. makes it extremely versatile and useful for any kind of project (new development, support etc.). Some of the features like integration with confluence and requirements creation etc. are not tested personally but seem quite promising and will look forward to try them out. Pros Extremely configurable tool. Ability to define workflows, integrated release management, simple interface are some of the key features. Cons Not having mobile web interface. The mobile web interface was deprecated a little while ago. The result is that now you need to install the native app on your mobile. It's swift, easy to understand, has proper CS support, and a plethora of features to suit SMB to Enterprise.
