UI is good and it is easy to learn and use in your day to day life. It is a highly professional and versatile tools for project management and to track the work of the employees.

Pros

The customization of workflow, issue type, project status are some good thing about jira with good pricing

Cons

As of now there is nothing I felt bad about Jira

JIRA has created a satisfactory experience for internal requests through different members of our organization. It is easy to stay organized but can add more features for easy of use.

Pros

Ability to share requests with teammates. Categorizing of portals for different ticket types. Integration with email for updates.

Cons

UX in ticket seems a bit outdated. Can update to make dashboard-type interface with latest 3 comments plus visualization of progress most visible within request.

Overall I would use JIRA again when managing a software project with developers.

Pros

I like the ability to select a template to create my JIRA workflow. I use the Sprint template which I then tie to my releases. I find the release reports helpful so that I can track what went into each release. I also like the timeline function. It shows my major features we are working on, what issues are in each feature and the status of each issue within the feature. I also like seeing the releases across the top of the page.

Cons

I do find the forms and form configuration confusing at times. I am not a software developer and it doesn't seem to be strait forward.

Pros

Ease of operability. Jira has a clean, easy to understand user interface that is readily customizable.

Cons

Permission restrictions, lack of transparency on search query results or possible errors when filing tickets.

Overall, it has been a pleasure to use for the purposes that I had in mind. But I think I would like to invest more time to learn some of the more advanced features such as automation etc.

Pros

It was pretty quick to get started and using the tool. Not a huge learning curve for the basics, but need a bit more training for taking care for some of the more advanced features.

Cons

Lot of features, many of which I haven't really learnt to use. It also had a large collection of add-ons but not many of these are free and so additional costs can be incurred.

Pros

Good sharing platform. Editing function including @name to designate someone.

Cons

UI is not very intuitive and in fact the design is not my cup of tea.

Pros

Very productive to projects in Scrum or Kanban in Jira. Easy metrics reporting as well.

Cons

It is sometimes very slow. Better documentation would be nice to have for JQL.

Great, I work in it every day. It has a very eye pleasing look and feel. Creating tasks, epics, and stories are easy. Work tracking is made easy with Jira.

Pros

It’s easy to use. The dashboards and filteres are great. Using the Project boards is really nice being able to see everyone’s work associated with the project.

Cons

For non users. Getting started can be a big learning curve. And building test scripts are alittle confusing at first.

The pros of Jira are the agility in being able to register incidents or service requests step by step and the registered documentation that helps us return for information in case of we need.

Cons

If the interface seems very complicated, it should be a little more user-friendly, that would help it to be more agile.

Over all experience is good with this software. It's really really great and helpful for developers and managers. I personally liked it.

Pros

It keeps track my assigned task, show the progress and remind me the deadline to finish my task. I can integrated with GitHub and update my code. We do Scrum management over here. It is a great software!

Cons

I found one best feature is to manage tasks and keep track on assigned task and their progress which is best to do work on time.

Jira is the top player in the agile project management space. Because of this, it has integrations with every other tool you need. Jira can be customized to suit any use case including automating a lot of your reporting and workflows.

Cons

Because of it's highly customizable nature, Jira can become complex and hard to use if not managed properly. Many developers find that managing Jira takes up more time than coding.
