I have been using Jira daily for several months. It is easy to use and helps with project management and team collaboration. I can organize my tasks in a Kanban Board and easily review my team's progress and tasks. Integrations are also great.

Cons

Jira can feel overwhelming at first, but after using it for some time, it is easy to understand and use it efficiently.

We can change Jira's handles and tracking options to fit our needs, which helps our development team stay on top of things. It works well with sprints and bug lists, which makes it great for Fast tasks.

Cons

People who have never used it before will find it hard to learn. Too many functions can make it hard to use the interface, and it's not always simple.

Very low downtime. Customer support is helpful and online resources are plentiful. Everyday tool with very low caveats for a small team.

Pros

Multitude of tools and active improvement of available options/functionalities. User friendly and SOTA.

Cons

Users rights and therefore plans are switching without changes by administration. Check the number of users frequently!

Super Orga Tool mit verschiedenen Möglichkeiten für Gruppen / Firmen. Hier kann man sofort über Zuweisungen seine erstellten Aufgaben finden.

Cons

Kein eigenes Jira Board in einer Organisation / Company möglich. Es sei denn man bekommt ebenfalls den Admin Zugang. Hier sollte jeder hinzugefügte Nutzer auch sein eigenes Board (nur für Ihn ersichtlich) haben können. So kann man sich in Jira komplett organisieren

Jira is an excellent an excellent project management and time tracking tool. I like the time tracking feature best. Jira enabled me to easily document hours I spent completing clinical annotations when I worked as a Clinical Annotation Specialist.

I can't think of anything I disliked about Jira.

We use it for tracking tasks in our development team. It works fine for this purpose. Most of our team has the same issues with it, and we mostly use it because the competitors are worse.

Pros

JIRA has lots of useful functionality, and although we do not use most of it at the moment I can see our team getting use out of several of the features in the future.

Cons

The interface is laggy even on high-end machines, the lack of possibility to assign multiple people to one ticket is strange, customer support is poor to average depending on the agent.
