I can whip up Kanban boards to see my pipeline, assign tasks to my team, and keep tabs on all our interactions with potential customers. The reporting features are handy for seeing how we're tracking and where we can improve. Cons But to be honest, Jira's interface is a bit clunky for a CRM. It takes a bit of wrangling to get the hang of it, and some features, like contact management and email automation, aren't as flash as what you'd find in a dedicated CRM. Jira has some reporting features that allows users to create visually appealing and engaging dashboards, sprint reports etc. With Jira teams can effectively manage access to project data, which ensures security of project data and information. Cons One of the issues I ran into using Jira was performance, especially when a lot of projects are being managed and large data sets are involved, this could slow down performance. Similarly, with larger teams, Jira can become quite expensive. The steep learning curve can be daunting and complex for new users, particularly at the set up stage. Would be good to see more user friendly manuals.
