From what parts are involved with my job, to any people involved with it, to any and all actions performed with dates attached to them. It is extremely helpful for tracking my job. Pros Jira is an excellent program for keeping up with all aspects of different jobs. Cons The complexity of it and how many different components there are to it. It's likely that people who use it more and are more comfortable with you appreciate this aspect of Jira. Cons Jira is great but would recommend an improvements toward document loading and tracking. The experience was great and easy to use. I didn't love having to use one more product, but Jira is so much better than our current solution that I can't complain! Pros Jira is super easy to use. Love the very simple process of submitting tickets and getting follow up. The messages come through clear and are very easy to understand. Cons This isn't a direct criticism of Jira, but I didn't love having one more software to accomplish a task. Not having it built into our ecosystem is a small draw back.
