However over a few years the customer service declined and the software did not expand capabilities as some competitors did. Pros The software has some good patching controls that allow specific scanning and organizing of patches. Patching schedules are useful and allow a great deal of control. Cons There is no way to setup redundant scans or reboots. So if a machine doesn't reboot through the service it requires manual intervention. With no logged reason why reboots failed.
