The time for travel booking confirmation has reduced by 2 days and we are able to save million dollars every year due to budget friendly options category on Itilite. Pros The best thing about Itilite is that it helps make the travel booking process highly smooth.We can select the booking preferences for travel and accommodation which are sent to the admin for the approval. Itilite also helps track the booking status and provides real time updates using email notifications around the booking. The customer support is easily reachable and assists whenever required for any queries. Cons The dashboard panel design can be improved further to make it more user intuitive. Sometimes we are not able to select the booking preferences after first round of approval and need to create bookings again.The load time of the pages is slightly high and can be reduced.
