Amazing as i am using this PMS since 2023, services is amazing, solutions are instant and very active team.

Pros

Its a very user friendly interface and through regular sessions of training and updates it easy for the team to understand and use the pms easily.

Cons

No such issues as of now, and one thing small issues definitely arise but team is very active to listen your issues and provide instant solutions.

I can say this is over all good application from small chain of hotel to multi star properties with decent commercials and services.

Pros

Software is good for hotel management in regular operations with front office works and invoice related and channel managing from one platform.

Cons

everything is okay and recently NEW UI launched is good and we are using frequently for all hotel related reservations works.

Over all the PMS & Channel manager is good and very affordable in this competitive market with all good modules.

We use software in our regular day to day basis, reservation and channel manager works very easily for us

Cons

All areas are okay,there is no concern or least area where hotel will get trouble, even if there is any doubt or issue support will help us in promptly to resolve.

We like mostly OTA integration and Restaurant and hotel front office management in a Single platform. This helps us easily to check our day to day operations.

Cons

We are using all the features and new feature was implemented Flexi Ai which is good. And no issues with any operations.

Accountability and how fast the response is. The team is also very helpful and understand each and every issue we face and come up with solutions quickly.

Cons

Follow ups sometimes take more time or else everything else is good. The app works smoothly, but hoping to get all the functions pm the mobile app.

The software works best in the pc version and the mobile app is limited. Features like multiple room booking, customised welcome messages and check-in information is missing

Pros

The responsiveness to problems and issues are very good. The features provided help in making the booking management easy

Cons

It's mostly meant for hotels. It assumes a welcome desk being present at the property. With BnBs having self check-in, this works in a limited way

Stayflexi has made traveling and managing stays more convenient and stress-free. I appreciate how it adapts to travelers’ needs and gives more control over booking management. A great tool for both guests and hosts!

Pros

I really liked the flexibility Stayflexi provides with bookings and check-ins. The platform is user-friendly, and it makes managing stays so much easier. Their customer support is also quick and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. At times, the interface could be a bit smoother, but overall it works very well.
