For me, the biggest relief with Stayflexi is how it has reduced the daily stress of managing bookings. Earlier, handling multiple platforms used to be confusing and time-consuming, but now everything is in one place and much easier to manage. We like mostly OTA integration and Restaurant and hotel front office management in a Single platform. This helps us easily to check our day to day operations.

Cons

We are using all the features and new feature was implemented Flexi Ai which is good. And no issues with any operations.

Its a very user friendly interface and through regular sessions of training and updates it easy for the team to understand and use the pms easily.

Cons

No such issues as of now, and one thing small issues definitely arise but team is very active to listen your issues and provide instant solutions.

Overall the software is good to have one if any hotel is starting their business in current industry. As we are using it from almost long time and everytime we prefer this as our software.

The software is good and the way it made our hotel operations easy and smooth in day to day works with all Front office works and channel managing works.

There is no such least option or work at the moment or i may not come across it, But overall the software functioning smooth and repsonse is always better and fast.

It's easy to manage booking from different platform and it integrates then we'll. Easy to operate and easy to learn

Cons

Rates and inventory management. We are unable to change rates through stayflexi on different platforms . It works for some but not for all. No. Of person accomodating in easy platform , if it's different , the. We have to manually update rates individually on each platform . And are unable to do it through stayflexi. So that feature needs improvement.

The pricing is fantastic and so is the customer support. Its also a very self explaining program so often I find what I need by myself.

Cons

Blocking rooms is not as clear displayed as it could be. I wish the reason would be shown in the reservation calender just below the term 'blocked'z

Stayflexi staffs are available round the clock and they help us a lot and reduces our time and effort managing allal OTA's .it additionally affords real time updates, permitting me to control my inventory more successfully

Intial setup and getting to know about channel manager maybe a bit difficult.. understanding the interface and navigating it took some time and effort.

It’s average and can be improved. Specially the interface. Would prefer to see 15days straight even when we change dates. Also sometimes rates don’t change. Nonetheless since \[sensitive content hidden\] has joined it has been a lot easier to connect.

(1) Sometimes support is delayed and requires constant follow up (2) rates don’t change properly sometimes if we change single dates

The payment stayflexi should have ability to accept different currency and compare it with the original price this mean if this room price 40 usd dollar and the guest pay with euro like 39 euro i be able to but it 39 euro and the system automatically calculate it and told us is that correct payment or we need to pay more

Excellent tool for booking and management. The product is well supported by qualified staff.

Pros

Booking and managing the bookings are troublefree. The quarterly management fee is reasonable. The Relationship Manager is available even on weekend for support.

Cons

Update we make on a booking, for example updating a no-show, does not get reflected on OTA's system. We do not get the phone number of bookings from some OTAs, resulting in loss of income when the guest doesn't turn up.

For instance, after 48 hours have passed, Booking.com does not allow a booking to be marked as a no-show. Access to Guest Contact Details: Some OTAs restrict the sharing of contact information, which can indeed impact direct communication. We’re actively working with OTAs to streamline guest data sharing within the allowed guidelines, so you can engage with guests effectively and minimize no-shows.
