Daily operations have become smoother and more efficient, thanks to its intuitive design. One of the biggest strengths is their immediate and reliable support—any issues or queries are handled quickly, which is crucial in the hospitality industry. It genuinely feels like a system built keeping real operational challenges in mind. That said, the platform is still evolving and not yet a fully complete all-in-one solution. Certain modules like inventory/stock management and banquet management would further enhance its functionality, especially for larger or more complex setups. Overall, Stayflexi is a strong, dependable system with excellent support and ease of use, and with a few more features, it has the potential to become a complete end-to-end hospitality solution.

We’ve had a great experience using Stayflexi. The software is extremely user-friendly, making it very easy for our staff to learn and get comfortable with it in no time. Accountability and how fast the response is. The team is also very helpful and understand each and every issue we face and come up with solutions quickly.

Cons

Follow ups sometimes take more time or else everything else is good. The app works smoothly, but hoping to get all the functions pm the mobile app.

Pros

Pros

The responsiveness to problems and issues are very good. The features provided help in making the booking management easy

Cons

It's mostly meant for hotels. It assumes a welcome desk being present at the property. With BnBs having self check-in, this works in a limited way

Good supporting staff and team For any help the team is ready Love the interface of this app. It makes managing hotel bookings incredibly easy. The 'Split Stay' and early check-in options are features I didn’t know I needed until now. No glitches, fast loading, and very user-friendly. 5 stars!"

We’ve been using StayFlexi for our property for the past few months, and the automation is impressive. The Smart PMS and the ability to sell 'unused' hours between traditional check-in/out times has opened up a new revenue stream we weren't tapping into before

Overall experience with stayflexi is good.But need more advancement like stayflexi have to handle our rates according to competitors through AI as some Channel managers are opting.So it will also be helpful for us in competition. And software also have to be run offline .Sometimes we face network issues then we have to face difficulties in making reservations.

Pros

After service support is good. Support team is well knowledgeable and soughted our issues on time.

Cons

Some things should have to be corrected from back end.And it takes time and some time that issue followup missed from our end.and We missed to create reservations.Somethings also missing from phone app.

Stayflexi is firendly user system with pms and channel manager together, with some small changes it will become more friendly.

Pros

The PMS connectivity with the channel manager makes the life more easy to work with direct and ota bookings.

Cons

stayflexi needs to make changes in room types drop down menu which will make more friendly to work. Also we need to add some reports for the forecasting our revenue in detail.

We manage properties in India from USA. it's important for us to have a very automated system with full transparency and manage the entire booking life cycle with less manual intervention. When we looked into the landscape of products on market, there are very few to None. Stayflexi Autonomous PMS not only solved all these business problems, but also offered us more features to streamline our business. Overall experience is great, we will stay with Stayflexi.

Pros

Auto Room allocations saves 50% of our receptionist time. Customer driven self check-in/check-outs are simply wonderful features. Seamless connectivity with all BnB portals. Flexible booking option on booking engine are, Flex Collect to automatically collect dues, unified dashboard and Orchestra mobile app are some of my favourite features.

Cons

Nothing on serious note, performance can be improved a bit.

Data Insights – Provides reports for optimizing revenue and guest experience.

Cons

Customization Limits – Some features may lack flexibility for specific needs. Pricing – Could be costly for smaller properties with tight budgets. We don't have any price code for direct billings

Cons

They have everything just need to work on AI side since it will reduce manual work wherever possible.

Even for slightest doubt i could easily reach out to her and she would help me in no time. Over all this software is definitely worth it.

Pros

User friendly and very very easy to access anything. The best part is you can literally see competitors price in your screen and you can update your price regarding the same...

Cons

There's no room blocking feature in the mobile app. For this you have to use desktop version just to block room.
