Arnnas Resort , Konkan Divisio. The software is simple and user-friendly, with a clear, straightforward design. Setting it up is quick and easy, and if you have any questions, the account manager responds quickly. The team is also supportive during the setup process. Most importantly, they listen to user feedback and make improvements quickly.

Cons

I do not have any real cons for stayflexi product.

The payment stayflexi should have ability to accept different currency and compare it with the original price this mean if this room price 40 usd dollar and the guest pay with euro like 39 euro i be able to but it 39 euro and the system automatically calculate it and told us is that correct payment or we need to pay more

software with automation for guests which heping us to not waste time at front desk with magic link and every action became automated and guest are able to do from their end and we just need to approve it. this is so time saving.

Cons

Nothing so far.. maybe they should call from personalised numbers not numbers that display as spam.

Magic Link a tool to upsell hotel ammenities Whatsapp Integration which helps on interacting with on real time basis. Channel Manager. Revenue Management OTA messaging OTA & Google Review Management

Cons

They have everything just need to work on AI side since it will reduce manual work wherever possible.

Pros

Calendar Sync went well across all OTAs, Prompt response, Minimalistic UI UX, Initial on boarding was good.

Cons

Least product knowledge across employees, It doesn't capture the actual payable to property from OTAs, Folio should include food details as well

Excellent tool for booking and management. The product is well supported by qualified staff.

Pros

Booking and managing the bookings are troublefree. The quarterly management fee is reasonable. The Relationship Manager is available even on weekend for support.

Cons

Update we make on a booking, for example updating a no-show, does not get reflected on OTA's system. We do not get the phone number of bookings from some OTAs, resulting in loss of income when the guest doesn't turn up.

No-Show Marking: There are certain limitations on marking bookings as "no-show" due to restrictions from OTAs. For instance, after 48 hours have passed, Booking.com does not allow a booking to be marked as a no-show. Access to Guest Contact Details: Some OTAs restrict the sharing of contact information, which can indeed impact direct communication. We’re actively working with OTAs to streamline guest data sharing within the allowed guidelines, so you can engage with guests effectively and minimize no-shows.

sometimes hanging issues are happening , we tried to change some rates from our mobile app,which we could'nt do it. That time omeshwari was very helpful. We just need some more working facilities in mobile app relatively working in computer.
