It simplifies the process of monitoring deadlines, managing approvals, and keeping contracts up-to-date, making it easier to keep tabs on and efficiently manage them. For me as finance manager it is also important to have comprehensive reporting. Cequence greatly supports that. It integrates Office 365, enabling easy collaboration with colleagues and customers, and it allows for quick and full-text searches to access the needed documents. Workflows are fully customizable and automated alerts are integrated in the software. I can only say Cequence is an excellent software for managing contracts and documents. Since implementing CT, we decreased time needed to close a contract by at least half on average. Pros Saves time and money by reducing the time needed to close. Increases team productivity and employee satisfaction by removing some annoying repetitive manual tasks. We save a ton of paper so it doesn’t only help us to save money but the environment as well. This software helped us streamline contract process, improve efficiency, and save a lot of time. Prior to that we had a messy contracting process that caused a lot of frustration so we decided to adopt a software solution to help.We picked Cequence and it seems it is one of the best contract management software out there. It has a sleek design that ensures a stress-free and user-friendly experience. It has powerful capabilities that enabled us to automate and optimize entire contract process and even detect hidden inconsistencies in contracts. Their customer support team is really knowledgeable and always available to assist me with any questions or issues I have about the tool. I highly recommend Cequence. For the few that needed extra hand-holding, CT support team was always very helpful and provided guidance. The notification system and calendar from within the software has been easy to use by everyone. Pros Great sales, customer service, training, and tech support personnel! Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responding very quickly with easy to understand, concise yet complete answers. My favorite features are very helpful and visual statistics and reports. We went through a long process and looked at several different platforms, however, CT was by far the most user-friendly and visually appealing and fairly priced to a small business like ours. Cons At times, some requests for a configuration or change take a bit longer than wished for. More of the artificial intelligence features could be introduced, but the planned update should take care of that. Sometimes filters take longer to load and data to download. It improves communication among departments and information sharing is really less time using. Pros History of editing connected to specific users is a big advantage. Document management is easy to understand and all above easy to use! E-signature is a new feature in our company and it saved us a lot of time.
