There is definitely a learning curve, but this is a powerful CRM once up to speed. The system has weaknesses as an individual messaging platform, but is very strong for mass communications, especially when multiple business locations are involved. The development team listens and is active, so it's getting better all the time.

Pros

It's specifically optimized for childcare, the product team clearly has experience working in centers. The campaigns and templates are slick, and being able to see who is reading the emails, when they're reading them, etc is very helpful. Pricing is fair and transparent. The support staff is also very on top of issues and willing to help explain things to us. We have had nothing but great interactions with the team. I also love the webinars, they cover so many industry bases!

Cons

Individual messaging capabilities are limited. It would be amazing to be able to schedule individual messages like you can with campaigns. It would also be nice to be able to send the same message to all addresses associated with an individual lead. The templates are great when there is no need to add lead-specific information, but if there is any level of individuality required (for example, a family's overdue tuition), the edit workflow is too click-intensive to use. It also far too easy to change the status of a lead without changing the status of individual children.

Very easy to use and adjust for our needs as we continued to grow. Support is always top notch and ready to help.

Cons

I would not say there was anything we truly did not like. There were some things missing - but they added them! Intelliforms and Call AI are two examples. We asked - they listened.

It easily accessible. Not difficult to navigate through. When you are in need of support they support team is readily available.

Cons

Nothing. I have no concerns at all. This system is great. I have worked with many systems but this is by far the best.

Me ha ayudado a tener mas organizacion en mi academia, los padres se sienten atendidos porque cuando envian una pregunta puede ser respondida de inmediato. Para ellos sentirse atendidos les da seguridad de que sus hijos tambien lo estaran cuando formen parte de nuestro equipo. El software ademas es muy amigable de utilizar y nos permite tener digitalizado todo lo que necesitamos saber de nuestros niños. Sin duda es una gran ayuda

Es una herramienta de organizacion muy facil y rapida de usar que ademas te permite actualizar la informacion con los padres en tiempo real

Cons

Hasta ahora no he tenido problemas, cuando aprendes a utilizarlo todo se vuelve mas facil. Cuando tengo dudas acudo a los tutoriales que quedan grabados

Good experience. The trainers are great and supportive. The system itself is user friendly and easy to manage.

Pros

The Intelli kid systems is user friendly. I also like that I can easily speak with someone if I have a concern or question.

Cons

The integration between Intelli kids and ProCare had a few hiccups, and we are still working out the kinks.

We have had a great experience with IKS! The initial switch was much easier than we anticipated, and they have been very responsive to our unique requests and issues.

Pros

The customer service is the best! The platform is intuitive and user-friendly.

Cons

We've been working through a few issues with them. The biggest challenge is that email replies cannot be directed to the person who sent the email, but are instead based on the lead's status.

All the same, IntelliKid Systems is a very good tool for daycare centers as it improves communication with parents and also makes it easier for office work administration. I recommend IntelliKid to all

Pros

I like IntelliKid Systems for using technology in the childcare management approach. It especially helps new parents to link up with the daycare providers after which communication between the daycare and parents(both old and new) become easier and smoother. It helps track the development of the child as well and I hear it even has payment systems which I am going to explore soon.

Cons

Requires vast knowledge in technology and this might limit the users and they feel a bit overwhelmed.

We have only been using for a few months so still trying to figure it all out but what we’ve used so far has been fantastic! Lead organization is the best so far.

Lead organization, package offerings to send out to parents for paperwork

Cons

Right now it’s the waitlist section and how to beat keep updated and in order of longevity.
