I can say with confidence that it is a very great program. It greatly contributed to saving my time and helped me extract data and texts easily without the need to rewrite it. Also, the data extracted from images can be easily converted to a Word or Excel file.

Pros

The most thing that I liked about the program is that it uses advanced artificial intelligence technologies , these technologies helped me to recognize texts, numbers, and extract data easily with very high accuracy, and almost supported all languages, it's great. .

Cons

Sometimes the program has difficulty recognizing some texts inside some low-quality images.

Pros

I love the accuracy with which the app is able to scan various documents and the trustworthiness of its user base for the safety of the same.

Cons

The interface of the app is not so pleasing to use. Personalization tools should be provided for the same.

Pros

MS Office Lens is one of the most convenient mobile apps to scan docs and convert them to pdf. I use it most of the time for scanning important papers and docs that I need to keep and store. Super easy to use!

Nothing really that I complain about using MS Office Lens

When I established my company, it became an everyday tool that I used for many months before buying the real scanner, and all documents were sharp, good looking and optimized for electronic use (file size, resolution etc.).

Pros

I really like its feature to scan paper documents directly from a table, and from almost every angle. It can fix the angle and make a document look like a real scanner scan file. That's just great and easy to use. And helpful while working outside the office.

Cons

You have to save those files somewhere, so You need to have a Microsoft OneDrive service(at least a free account).

Pros

I use this software on my phone, so whenever I need to send my client a softfile of our document, I just need to take a picture of it, and then convert it into PDF and send it. It is that easy. It also provides good quality of pictures and excellent cropping functionality.

Cons

It is really annoying whenever I need to send a document, I have to save it first instead of send it. So, I am a busy person who needs everything works quickly, it must be nice if Microsoft would update it so after scanning the document, it can be sent immediately instead of saving it first.

Pros

There is plenty of software that fulfills this need. This one is good, as many others are. If you are using MS Office subscriptions it is a great option, as it ties into that eco system.

Cons

If you are not completely tied into the Microsoft system it will still work, but you might experience a few more bumps along the road. For example I always needed to perform a few extra clicks to use iCloud as a storage option (this might have changed in newer versions).

Pros

This software can take a picture from a side angle and square the edges so it appears to be a picture taken straight on. Best for taking pictures of blackboards, PowerPoint presentations, documents, etc.

Cons

The blackboard setting sometimes washes out.

Pros

It's really easy to use firstly. I had to switch to this from camscanner because of a government ban in my country and it has done the exact functionalities of camscanner but better. And since it's Microsoft, it's totally trustworthy. Nothing more to say about it other than it being an app that does its job best!

Cons

Nothing at all. It works as advertised and Is the perect alternative to anyone looking for a camscanner clone

Office Lens helps me take clear images of documents so that I can keep an efficient record of important information.

Pros

I use Office Lens to capture clear images of documents. The app has a helpful feature that allows me to focus my camera on the document I want to photograph and avoid capturing most (if not all) of the negative space in the surrounding area. It works along with other apps on my phone, so I can choose to save the image to my photo gallery, One Drive, Microsoft Word, PDF, etc.

Cons

Every now and again the image will be captured at a slight angle so that the desk or surface beneath the document will be seen to one side the image captured, however it is a small issue, since I am given the option to crop and align the photo before saving it.
