Overall: Confusion, frustration and struggled with the system, however after using it for a while it became clearer, however not an easy system to master.
Pros: Dashboard has everything on the first page, easy to see what is complete, not applicable and past due.
Cons: With our company information it would be better to have sub folders as everything is bound together with no obvious structure. The wording of the task is also confusing, if you do not know the terminology linked to the task.
