Their system messed up my billing. After weeks of back-and-forth, they finally admitted in writing that their refund was "insufficient" and I am still owed money. The worst part is that their own agent instructed me to "contact my bank" to find the missing funds. I did exactly what they said. The bank initiated a partial chargeback (only for the amount I was overcharged, not even the full bill). Now they locked me out of my account for following their instructions. I have even withdrawn the dispute with the bank and sent them proof, but they still refuse to restore my access. I can't even use the service that I paid for.
