It has so many features and the fact that they keep on bringing new features without asking for more money. It is absolutely amazing. You also get to join the FB group which is very valuable. Bradley is as usual amazing with his live webinars and tricks and tips. I can say that H10 truly wants you to succeed in selling on Amazon and gives you all the tools you need, you just need to put in your hard work. You need reliable software when doing your bids through the software. You can't have your software down for a week or two weeks with no info on when it will be back up. Pros Using the Prestozon ads product that Helium10 owns. Feature set is nice, not bloated with features you don't need. Relatively easy user interface. Cons Several bugs and very slow to fix them. May 18, 2021 1.0 They've unethically launched and marketed an unusable product (Helium 10 Adtomic). Customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful. Very disappointed in their lack of response/action to my inquiries. Will consider updating this review once they have fixed the bugs in Adtomic or properly addressed my inquiries. I upgraded to Diamond for 2 billing cycles for this tool specifically but they ignored my requests for a refund. Pros Their keyword research tools like Cerebro and Magnet are helpful in optimizing our listing and preparing for launch. Cons Their Adtomic tool has so many bugs, it's basically useless. We're unable to apply any changes to our keyword bids, create new campaigns, or set up campaign rules. However, they have unethically launched an incomplete and unusable product, promoting it as if it is the holy grail of Amazon PPC tools. Cons Customer service is unacceptable. I wanted to cancel the subscription; they suggested I pause it instead, which I agreed to. I thought: why not, if I ever wanted to restart again, I will just notify them. Little did I know, they restarted my subscription without my consent 3 months later. Within less than 24 hours I asked for refund. They refused to issue the refund for something that I didn't even use. Instead they suggested to issue credits for that amount. Unbelievable... And from reading other reviews, I can see other people had the same issue... This is absurd. Never had a company refuse to issue a refund for a product or service that I didn't use. It takes the pain out of keyword research and optimizing your listing. More importantly, it helps to benchmark your competitors and provides a robust Chrome bookmark and Alert feature. Superb tutorials to familiarize you with the features of Helium 10 and clear guidance on how you might use them. The essential management tool for beginners and experienced users alike.
