### "Insightful Assessments That Strengthen Talent Selection"

My overall experience with Predictive Index has been positive. It added structure and clarity to the hiring process by helping us understand behavioral strengths and job fit earlier on. While it’s not a standalone decision-making tool, it was very useful when combined with interviews and competency assessments.

Pros

What I liked most about Predictive Index was how it helped us hire people who not only had the right qualifications, but also naturally fit the team’s communication style and work environment. It made it easier to build stronger, more balanced teams from the start.

Cons

The biggest challenge with Predictive Index was making sure hiring managers understood how to interpret the results correctly. Without proper context or training, some managers tended to overgeneralize or misunderstand what the patterns meant.

### "Easy and Accurate "

PI has been a vital tool in our candidate consideration process for the past few years. It helps up screen candidates personalities and styles as well as help us better manage individuals who join our company.

Pros

The ease of use and the break down that it provides following the assessment is very hepful in helping us determine who to bring into our comany.

Cons

There isnt anything negative I have found with the tool. It seems to provide accurate asessments that help us align with the candidates we are interviewing or hiring.

Pros

The process provides accurate results for employees and potential new hires. I like that it such a quick assessment and is not an extra burden on the candidate.

Cons

It can take some time to learn the platform especially when there are product changes. It also adds a step in the recruiting process lengthening the hiring timeline.

### "Overpriced and Hard to Use"

Overall unhappy with the total experience.

Pros

Assessments are good if you can figure out how to get the correct link.

Cons

The user interface is terrible. Want to find the link to send out to candidates to take the assessments? Good luck with that. Would it be the big link next to the job title that says "Copy" next to it? Nope. That'll just get people to take one of the two assessments. The link you want is very buried and totally non intuitive to find. TERRIBLE UI. Oh, and pricing is very high as well if you're not a large business hiring many people to offset the cost.

Using PI has been a game changer for our organization. It has given more insight into hiring and candidate profiles, and has become an invaluable tool to support our managers with coaching and development. I can't recommend PI enough!

Pros

Predictive Index is a fast, spot-on tool to help with not just recruiting, but also team development and coaching. The assessment itself is one of the easier ones out there, taking less than 10 minutes to complete. The results are generated quickly, and the profiles are incredibly accurate.

Cons

The platform is great, however there are different packages you can purchase. It would be great if they included more features in the base package.

My overall experience with the Predictive Index software has been positive. Our organization has used this product for a few years now.

Pros

Predictive Index is a pretty easy tool to use. In my profession, we use a lot of preemployment screening tools and this is one of our favorites.

Cons

The new update with the website has been a little bit confusing. Before, it was much easier to launch an assessment to a candidate or employee.

### "Simple Tool with Clear Results"

We’ve used Predictive Index for six months to pick job candidates and coach our team. It gives clear data that helps us make good choices. Learning some of the fancy report features took a little practice, but support was always there to help. Now, we can’t imagine hiring without it.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. Sending tests takes just a few clicks. The results are shown in clear charts that help me understand people better. It also connects to our hiring tools, and the support team answers quickly.

Cons

Making really detailed reports was a bit tricky at first. I wish there were more ways to move things around on the dashboard.

### "A Deep Dive into Employee Work Styles"

Pros

This platform allowed us to get deep insights into how each employee's work type would work best in a team as well as identify how to best communicate with them. This led to being able to create new groups during a staff retreat for employee types that had natural synergy.

Cons

It was difficult to determine next steps with the provided information. While we now knew employee work types, teams are already built out and reporting structures exist already so it was hard to incorporate the new info sometimes.

As a CEO of a private equity backed company, getting the people and culture right was my number one priority. PI is transformative in the way it empowers you to do so

Pros

\- only takes a few minutes for end users to take tests - shows how different behavioral profiles interact with one another and strengths / weakness of entire groups

Cons

Honestly hard for me to really come up with something. The new talent optimization portal was in beta mode when I was using it and had a way to go but a great vision and I know they'll get that right as well

### "Fascinating behavior predictor "

Pros

I used the free trial with the rest of my team. After completing it, I found out I was supposed to get an emailed report of my results but I never did. Their support team was fast to respond to my request for it and it was fascinating to read what it said about me.

Cons

Right now, I don't have any cons about the software. It's easy to use and the customer support was fast in their response time.

Pros

This software provided us insight on candidates who aligned with our job openings and for those that did not align. This program also allowed the hiring managers to set goals and "scores" of where an ideal candidate would fall compared to the job.

Cons

There wasn't really anything that I can think of was a negative with this software.

Great experience, I think this tool is a game changer.

Pros

I absolutely love this tool, it was first introduced to the sales organization in my company about one year ago and it changed the way I assess people's performance and the way I bond with my team. It absolutely helped me understand they way the individuals in my team are wired and improved our collaboration immensely. It also helped me understand a lot about myself and the way I operate. Game changer.

Cons

Not applicable, I think this is a very valuable tool for any sales manager.

### "Integral to our business as we grow with it"

Pros

This originally started as a program we implemented in our head office, but over time we have started expanding it out to all parts of our business. This really gives our HR team a great understanding around the behavioural personality of our staff. It is very easy for applicants to fill out and empowers their managers to lead and guide them throughout their journey with the business.

Cons

Nothing in particular, a great addition to our company more that what we first believed.

Overall, it's been great. I love the visuals and many tools provided for our candidates and employee growth.

Pros

I love how easy it is to administer a pre-employment assessment for our candidates and how much we're able to learn through them. We also like to share our findings with candidates in later interview stages and with our employees which has helped us learn a lot about one another, and key values in our roles.

Cons

I wish the cognitive portion of the assessments was not a manual portion to send.

Overall we enjoyed using this product for two years. The behavioral tool was great for our management teams.

Pros

PI helped you look at each team member uniquely and helped with different management strategies for each of them. The tool had great behavioral models and team charts that would allow you to see everyone's strengths and weaknesses.

Cons

Was not a great tool for assessing someone's ability to empathize with customers, multi-tasking ability, WPM on a keyboard, and technical 'savvy'ness.
