Pros I started using CivicFeed a few months ago to compile news alerts for my clients. Coupled with Google Alerts, CivicFeed has made it a lot easier for me to find what I’m looking for. However, I would like to be able to use the author search, too, but it’s not as robust as the Alerts feature. Still, CivicFeed is quickly growing and will probably become a great tool. Right now, the best thing about this tool is the customer support. They are always there to help you. Cons Needs to improve the media/journalist list building feature.
