Highly recommend to anyone who wants to up their SEO game! Pros seoClarity combines the features of several different tool sets I used to use. Now instead of jumping between multiple platforms, everything is centralized and easy to find. Cons There's a bit of a learning curve but nothing crazy. It would be exceedingly difficult to convince me to work with any other SEO company after working so successfully with seoClarity. Pros SeoClarity takes so much of the guesswork out of writing strong SEO content. Other programs I've used tend to lean toward keyword stuffing and writing 3,000+ word blog posts, which isn't always useful or successful. SeoClarity gives clearer guidance and focuses heavily on context, which is the most important aspect of good writing. In addition to the easy-to-use and easy-to-understand software, the customer success/service team is incredible. They're always quick to respond to questions and often provide really powerful suggestions for how to improve the content. Since we've used seoClarity, we've seen our rankings for several big keywords jump noticeably. For example, for one of our most important keywords, we moved from the middle of page 5 on Google to page 1 within eight months. We couldn't have done that so quickly without seoClarity. Cons From my view, there are no cons to seoClarity. Almost everything is intuitive, and whenever I have questions or hang ups, my seoClarity customer service team responds quickly and helpfully. When I came onboard, my company ceased doing business with the agency, so we needed an SEO software. After interviewing 4 companies, seoClarity had all the tools we needed at the best price. SEO Manager Computer Hardware Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "An Excellent SEO Platform, But Limited Customization" May 28, 2020 4.0 seoClarity has helped my team to look at our SEO strategy in new ways and derive new insights from our data. Pros seoClarity is like the ultimate toolbox for SEOs. It has a bit of everything, including competitor analysis, gap analysis, site auditing, research grid, etc. The amount of data is almost overwhelming, and you are sure to find a tool to help you in whatever you are trying to do. Cons seoClarity requires a pretty steep learning curve to be able to get the most out of it. It is not the most intuitive interface, and at times, it is difficult to find what you are looking for. Finally, customized reports and dashboards are very good, but they do at times lack desired features (ie. some 'widgets' only allow 1 filter to be added). Alternatives considered [Lumar](https://www.capterra.com/p/183841/DeepCrawl/) Reason for choosing seoClarity My organization has a lot of specific customization that DeepCrawl struggled to provide. seoClarity also provided a good mix between technical SEO and content SEO. DeepCrawl provided this too, but it was a bit lighter on the content side. Switched from [Botify](https://www.capterra.com/p/154180/Botify/) The Botify platform was excellent, but customer service was nearly non-existent (we went through 5 client managers in 2 years). Pros There's a lot of different aspects to what I like most about SEO Clarity. Coming from an enterprise sized company my favorite part of the platform is just the extensive amount of data that SEO Clarity brings to the table. Whether it be comparing keywords performance at a mobile vs. desktop level, various search engine sets, or all the amazing features that allow for further analysis, it truly is an easy to use platform to get all your answers. Our main dashboards are seen from various stakeholders/execs across our company and are familiar with widgets and the data that SEO Clarity provides. We have the ability to track several domains along with adding as many users as we want to dive into the platform at no extra cost. I would say from the most important part of the platform to us is having daily rank checks across our keyword buckets. This allows us to track gains/drops based on release schedules/algo updates/competitive updates. I also enjoy how the team is hard at work for future features and will take feedback for any development. The SEO Clarity team provides great/friendly customer service and always will answer our questions with detail. Cons Honestly, there's not much I don't like about the platform. SEO Clarity has been updating certain features which sometimes comes at the cost of sunsetting other features that our team might frequently use. Sometimes this is a pain but usually the team will support our request to either bring back that feature or in another format. Reason for choosing seoClarity I wasn't at the company when the purchase was made but I stand by the decision that was made! Nothing is too much for them. They help me get keyword batches uploaded on a monthly basis and assist with special analyses queries as needed. Pros The ability to customize exactly which tags and ranking types you want to measure is really insightful. We use the SERP features reporting quite a lot to determine what we should or shouldn't be targeting. The filtering ability is powerful too. All product ideas are heard, and the customer service team is always willing to jump in and help solve problems or provide clarification. Pros SEO Clarity's Rank Intelligence feature is my go-to for daily rank tracking and analysis. It's super easy to use and I'm able to filter quickly into the view that I desire. I also love the extensive research grid and GA/GSC integration which helps me do everything I need within one platform. Cons One of the downsides (which also can be considered a 'pro') is the massive amount of data/features in the platform, which can become an information overload. The training videos definitely help, but it never feels like we're using the software to its maximum potential due to the overwhelming use cases and lack of time to explore all of these features. Pros My favorite feature in SEO Clarity is the multitude of options available within the platform. There are thousands of ways to organize your SEO data and make sense of it. The integrations are seamless and make it very easy to view all of your SEO performance metrics in one place. Dashboards allow me to create and monitor muliple sections of my site in minutes rather than spending a half hour in Google Analytics or Search Console performing manual searches. What I also like is that the platform is constantly being updated an new features that are requested by users are added in almost monthly. Cons There is a slight learning curve to use the product but it pays off as you get more skilled with it. I also appreciate how easy it is to get help within the platform using the chat feature or reaching out to your customer service rep. So many tools lack in the customer relations department but seoClarity has always been head and shoulders above. Pros seoClarity provides comprehensive data and research insights with user-friendly interfaces. The platform is very customizable for business goals and strategies, and the dashboard features make it easy to share reports with stakeholders. Cons The software might be intimidating for users that are not used to such detailed data, and the UI is not as "flashy" as some other tools. The first time, several staff members independently compared it to three other top-rated tools and each of use separately determined that seoClarity worked most like an SEO does in their day to day. They have also been very responsive to our feature requests. Pros I love the new intelligent match in topic explorer keywords. It yield great ideas that I have not seen in other tools. I have also always loved the Bot Clarity tool. It gives great insights into the bots visiting the site. There are more spoofed bots than I realized previously and I can get clarity on GoogleBot's crawl budget. Cons I would like to get crawl reporting to give me more insights. Currently, it does provide more than several tools, but the reporting could be a little more rich. Fortunately they added parent page reporting to help track down the pages with bad links and other problems that are otherwise hard to find. Reason for choosing seoClarity Functionality was more like an SEO would need the data for analysis and tracking. We can now tie keywords to conversions, which tells us which keywords are our most valuable. They are a partner, not a vendor. Pros You're able to use regex to really dive deeply into the numbers. It integrates with our Adobe Analytics, too, so we can match up keywords to conversions. I don't know any other software that does this. It also shows us daily keyword rankings and a complete view of our organic presence. There's so much to it that it'll take us awhile to learn and use it all! Cons At this point, the only con is the learning curve, but they have amazing professional services to help train and suggest work flows. They even do a lot of the implementation for us like keyword import, dashboard creation, and prof services like audits. Very easy-to-use interface and not difficult to learn how to use. Cons Not much in dislikes. Sometimes it felt a bit overwhelming how many functions and features there were, along with features sometimes being removed unexpectedly, but the staff was always available to answer questions if I had them.
