Pros

Quite easy to use. And the service is good.

Cons

Some of the concepts (names) are not yet familiar for me in the product.

Reason for choosing Leadoo

Because it was simple and they can offer service and help for using to product.

The experience has been good so far. Great customer service.

Pros

I'm new to Leadoo, the company I've just a company that already has this installed. I'm impressed with the capabilities and the service, much better than standard/free live chat programs that I've used previously.

Cons

So far so good, so I can't say that there's anything that I don't particularly like.
