Cet outil offre une gamme impressionnante de fonctionnalités assez pratiques. Vous pouvez faire de l'exportation de données au registre du personnel de la gestion de la productivité de la DPAE et bien plus. Cela m'a séduit. Je pense qu'il a tout pour faire sa place parmi les grands. Pros L'ergonomie de Combo est vraiment agréable, et son utilisation est relativement simple et efficace. La possibilité de personnaliser l'outil permet de l'adapter à nos besoins spécifiques et en plus il intègre plein de petites fonctionnalités sympathiques. J'aime bien ! Cons Si on avait la possibilité de gérer le décompte des congés payés directement dans l'application, se serait vraiment bien. De plus, une optimisation de l'application mobile offrirait encore plus de flexibilité et permettrait aussi d'éliminer les petits bugs qui arrivent de temsp en temps. En temps normal, il est fastidieux de faire des plannings mais le fait de pouvoir les dupliquer est une vraie avancée. J'adore ce logiciel dont je ne saurais plus me passer dans mon rôle de DAF. Une fois toutes les informations rentrées en début de saison, tout roule. Et d'une saison sur l'autre, les profils sont enregistrés donc pas besoin de refaire le travail. Pros La gestion du planning au quotidien, le décompte d'heures, les informations données, le registre du personnel en ligne, le pointage... etc, la réactivité du pôle d'aide Cons Que tout soit consigné, enregistré donc lorsque l'on fait des erreurs, tout est gardé en mémoire. C'est pour moi un outil de gestion interne mais je ne le mettrais pas dans toute les mains ... Reasons for choosing Combo Une grosse équipe à gérer en saison, des calculs dans tous les sens avec le lissage d'heures, les souhaits des uns et les désidératas des autres.
