Services are of high quality.Software is accredited by ZATCA, thus we are assured that reports are in accordance and in compliance with ZATCA rules.Invoices and Fee Reminder Module makes our work easier and faster.Reach App enables us to easily send online billing to parents on a per quarter basis (real time).Official Receipts from Online Payment are not anymore scanned and send to parents via email because Official Receipts/Fee Receipts can be viewed by parents via Reach App (real time).Amount due for all the children/siblings can be viewed in the Fee Invoice Payment during processing of payment.Admission is linked to Registration (Registrar Office). Cons The fact that we cannot edit the Miscellaneous Fee Receipts, Fee Advance Payments, and Fee Invoice Payment after processing (but can be voided) signals or results to a lot of credit memo and adjustment to be made on the side of accounting. Good and perfect reports available in the accounting area which ease the job of finance department. Accessible from everywhere and requires less knowledge for end user to work with. Cons 1\. Most of the module in HAL comes with a limited (60%) feature unless we request TEAM HAL to include the rest.2. Enhancement in various Education related window/module is a must. Like Examination Consolidated Reports, Analysis of Student's Exam Result. Users need their own required features not the one which is available.3. Minor bugs all over the screen. Like a) Filtering options in transaction windows b) Selection of some drop down which works on some browser and not on others (All device compatibility is must)4.
