Pros We were looking for a system that would allow us to easily and effectively streamline our business processes and at the same time, not cost us, a lot of money. Luckily for us, choosing uniBPM was the right solution. It comes complete with a very powerful business process graphical designer and engine that allows us to automate and streamline most of our current processes. The solution also includes a users dashboard upon which the initiation, tracking and monitoring of all business processes are performed. Cons One of the major disadvantages of this solution, as I can see at the moment, is that installation must be performed locally on-premise. The vendor however informed us that they are planning to release a cloud version in 2022. Reasons for choosing uniBPM We chose uniBPM, because the presales team presenting the solution did a wonderful job of presenting the solution. They were able to explain in detail the functionalities offered by the system, how it could be used within our company and also guaranteed that if needed they would make modifications to the solution in order for it to fit our current and future business needs.
