We do nit have any complaints with Fabklean after a period of 2 years of being associated with then. Though we have many suggestions and the best part is that Fabkleans technical team I corporated all those features with a day or two, at times even within hours. Pros All.softwares provide the account ring and billing details with more or less the same level of operating pattern. However the one thing that makes Fabklean way apart rom other softwares is the ease of tracking the articles within your store. Yes, the 'Racks' feature has really eradicated the herculean task of searching the entire store for every single bill that is about to be delivered. We had been using other softwares in the past and have found Fabklean to be having the most user friendly Interface and operating system. Working on fabklean is faster than other software as all the features are placed conveniently at a click of a.mouse. Technical support is just fantastic. The term 'Technical Support' can't get better than the support of Fabklean . And the best part, al these comes at a price that does not pinch your pocket. Cons Just one thing. While pri ting the Bill's and tags, the system should pick up the relevant printer automatically, but it does nit happen that way. Everytime we have keep selecting the printer. August 29, 2021 5.0 We have been using this software for more than 2 years, and I would say its one of the best decision i took for my business. Some of our staff are illiterate, even for them the POS is intuitive. The touch based capability along with proper images make the software easy to use. Most of our staff is B2B based, and this make our payments come on time from our customers. Fabklean gives outbound communication easy and transparent to our customers, and they can check the orders placed, due amounts to be paid, bills already paid, easy pickup, and deliveries to be made available both in WhatsApp as well as their mobile app. Batch Invoicing is the critical functionality we use most. Fabklean in-depth reports gives us clarity in terms of which customers are slipping into red zone, and there by giving the staff to correct the relationship. I have a fabulous experience working with it. In one word I would say "FANTABULOUS". Pros User friendly, every information on top of your finger. Back end support always on their toes to help. Cons Very minor development required, eg. pick up orders when assigned a invoice number is generated. If the pick up is cancelled then the invoice also gets cancelled, and that invoiice cannot be used. It is all on cloud so we can use it also on the way. It can be connected to mobile phone number via API key and custostomers will recive sms message about their orders.
