Pourrais être plus simple. -Malgré l'adaptation aux demandes, parfois plus difficile car nous avons plusieurs types d'employés, il faut donc faire des demandes de changements pour être efficace avec notre système de gestion. -Pourrait avoir une façon d'entrer des informations en lot, mais avec des montants différents (pour le moment seulement avec des montants égaux pour tous). Par exemple, si je veux entrer tous les fériés de mes travailleurs (qui sont tous différents), que je puisse le faire sans avoir à aller dans chaque feuille de temps une par une. Took us to the next level as far as HR and data management. We feel there is still a lot more Mx as to offer that we are not using yet. Pros \- Ability to easily export data into Excel or PDF files - Amout of different easy to build reports - Employe's self service feature - Possibility to import all of the relevant information in each employe's file (personnal info, formation, medical, disciplinary, performance, evaluations etc...) Cons \- A bit slow to load - Visual interface could be a little more ''2020'' Reasons for choosing MX-SmartTracker we have been satisfied by tje use of Exactemps for several years.
