Ceo Construction ### "Roofscope rocks" 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 10/10 May 25, 2024 I’m very happy no need to fix something that’s not broken Pros Very accurate and very fast also they can measure a blueprint and give a material list Cons Nothing compared to others I have even sent about 10 measurement requests to Roofr Just to check them out and they could not even give me a report Because they couldn’t get a measurement when Roofscope did Switched from [EagleView](https://www.capterra.com/p/175004/EagleView-Roofing/) Eagleview consistently could not even get the right pitch of a roof and I had to go out there anyway just to get the correct pitch and then enter it. That was really lame. I’d also like to say there have been times when they have got the pictures wrong or missed some sections of houses but they made it right and redid it. For $11 I can have a scope in a short period of time and also have a scope to provide the contractor when we- are the subs. $11 is well worth having proof so the contractor pays correctly. I have never had a roof scope off like the other review and I have been using them for years. Cons There is not much I do not like about the software. It was designed by roofers for roofers. Some reports have a ton of junk I do not need, some inexperienced salemen might but not me. This caused us to significantly underbid a project and then sign a contract based on that bid. When informed of this, all Roof Scope was willing to do is give us discounts on future roof scopes! As if we’d ever use this company again! I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking of using this company to think again. Pros The only thing I can think of is that it’s easy to order Cons The measurements they provided were not accurate.
