Pros The only feature I like is the way to see what customer's have purchased in the reports. Cons Your product reminds me of the old days of using DOS. Tracking billing and invoicing with TCR has been a huge help as well. Cons Had some glitches with the mobile app over the years but overall satisfied with it. Cons I do believe that some of the functionality could be more user friendly. It's really confusing when I have 10 tabs open all of a sudden and I don't know where they came from. I also wish there was a way, when adding attachments to jobs, to select more than one at a time. Pros I love how our guys in the field get the ticket on the app in order to get correct quantities. Cons No option for freeform invoicing. It's hard to miniplate our rental invoices when we do a lump sum rental. Reason for choosing TCR Online Overall better than any other software we have viewed.
