Pros Product very simple to use. Very few buttons to push which makes it easier for our employees. Makes it easy for me to do payroll for all the information needed is easy to access. Cons Am sure there are ways that they can make the product easier to use but as of right now I don't see any issues. Alternatives considered [ClockShark](https://www.capterra.com/p/155467/ClockShark/) Reason for choosing Worksana Worksana seemed very easy with a fantastic price. Switched from [QuickBooks Time](https://www.capterra.com/p/151722/TSheets/) When needed to get ahold of a representative there where no easy way to do it. There product was very complicated to use for example no stop pop ups would appear. There was a bit of a learning curve, but 90% of the employees are very comfortable with it. It was not difficult to implement, and the support offered was awesome. Cons I would like to see total hours worked for all employees by pay period either on the screen or in a report with the time cards. There are certain employees that just don't 'get it' and I am constantly revising their times. Perhaps if the wording was bilingual, they could learn when to correct a punch instead of approving it? The placement of the Submit button requires scrolling down which I find annoying. Beyond that, it suits our needs very well. Review Source JF Jake F. It would help anyone that needs payroll hour reporting for their crew that has multiple job sites and needs to cost it all. My bookkeeper was happy with the reporting capability. Pros Very simple to use. The team \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] did a fantastic job with setting us up. Staff was a little hesitant at first but it really helped me get them paid and tracked hours. Cons It took several pay cycles to get everyone implemented. We needed to track location and sometimes it would not track. Empowering the supervisors thus decoupling HR from managing attendance, deviations and leaves. As this is now closer to where the action is on the field and getting the real information on the fly. Pros An effective system to streamline payroll processing. Gives accountability to supervisors and managers to monitor their teams and track deviations. Helps in consolidating and managing the field staff, work from home staff and on premise teams. Worksana helped in saving payroll processing time from days to hours. Can monitor daily progress from anywhere (even when travelling) Cons Nothing specific, though would love to have the app integrated with smart watches too. Just a wish list item. It ensures that our employees are spending the time required at each location which means we are getting what we pay for with each employee. Pros The app is very easy for employees to use and the administer interface is just as easy. The geo mapping ability is a game charger is works great. Cons I think have the user app in Spanish would be a nice plus and the ability to communicate with employees through the app would also be great.
