General Manager Construction Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Long term user" April 11, 2025 4.0 Mostly positive, it works well with our payroll company and I like the way we can add various bonuses to each payroll quickly and easily. Pros Largely easy to use for both employers and employees. Employees can view their hours and benefits, put in leave requests, and download their W2s all directly from the app. Cons It would be nice to have the ability to send employees a reminder to clock in and out, as they occasionally forget. From implementation and training with Andy, to Laurie creating reports, changing features to be specific to our needs, training, screen shots, lots of phone calls and many emails. The staff are incredible! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Pros What we like most about this product are the Dashboard features and ease of creating schedules and making corrections/additions to punches. We also like that our employees can pull their schedule up from their phones as well as request time off from their phone. No more paper request forms that get misplaced. Cons It would be nice is the supervisor role had more access to view employee profiles. To see what System Admin sees; birth date, user logins, pay rates, addresses. They can access this info through employee reports, but to be able to view their staff on an as needed basis would be helpful for our company. Office Manager Environmental Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Worst Company I have ever worked with!" January 7, 2026 1.0 Worst experience ever! They send out invoices the day they are due and said if you wanted to make changes you have to do it 30 days prior. Our management had changed at our company, and we were unaware of that policy and because they sent the invoice the day it was due it did not give us the time to make changes. They said nothing they can do and they were sending us to collections. What a joke of a company. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pros We use Timeco for our own employees to clock in/out. As well as, some of our clients we use Timeco to pull their timesheets. It is pretty easy and helps us keep track of our employee’s PTO time. October 15, 2019 5.0 We could permit our Managers and supervisors to enter, modify times and so on however H.R. and payroll coordinated to conduct this by ourselves. We have supervisors submit "exception reports" when the punches need correction, someone clocked twice or forgot to swipe in or out, as examples. This way we have a feel for everyone in the organization understanding their shifts and able to pick up any discrepancy easily. We also have the opportunity to make important notes in the record. Takes only minutes. Pros Very user-friendly and easily learned. System has very fast response time. Cons Can't think of any "cons" at this time. I love the finger scan clock-in and out option. This makes me confident that the time sheet is accurate. Cons The staff that work different pay shifts have a difficult time selecting the correct job title and I have to go back into the system later and update the non-primary shifts before submitting payroll. I'm just not getting all the information that I need. It would be great to have functionalities specific for HR. Pros All the functionalities and that it's an integrated system. Cons TimeCo and HROi do not always communicate as well as I like. Most often, TimeCo will default to 'Front Desk" department code for employees coded differently. It causes frustration between management and HR. I will code them correctly in HROi and TimeCo will not. I wish I was able to add other information to a report so that I can tailor a report to fit my needs. Review Source HR Heriberto R.
