It's been working well for the 6 months I've had it. I'm on the 8K transaction plan and have gone over on sale periods, Occasionally, there is a new Amazon item that requires mapping or support. I am amazed at the support, I'll send off an email and not check it for a hour or two and, bam! The response is sitting there waiting and it works! Nice to have an automation system that works without costing a lot.

Pros

Entriwise handles Amazon biweekly statements nicely. I used to download the flat file, import it to Excel, generate a pivot table, run qtys and ave price and then input it into Quickbooks Enterprise as an invoice/credit memo. This was OK for 1 or 2 countries but when it became 4 for North America and 9 for Europe, it was very time consuming and sloppy. With Entriwise, I get more information with a lot less time and effort. It's pretty automatic.

Cons

The proliferation of new accounts. The system provides a lot more details than I was pulling from the settlements but that OK since it's painless to utilize.

Easy set up and great customer service, cant ask for much more. Whenever there is a connection issues, which is rare, it gets fixed fast. So overall great experience with Entriwise.

Pros

Saves us a lot to time and money. Not having to enter all the data into QBO, is a blessing. Also like the daily reports.

Cons

At this time, I cant find much wrong. Whenever there is an issue with the connection, support fixes it quickly!

Life changing when we went from trying to decipher Amazon financial reports and feed them into QB by hand. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time saved by bringing Entriwise into our process.

Pros

I have been using Entriwise with Quickbooks desktop premeir for six years. The product is super easy to use and customer support must be the best in the industry. When I do contact support, they attend to my needs immediately, as though they drop everything else to respond to me. It is a bit shocking and after six years, I've learned to be prepared before I reach out to support, which means we're both prepared and the issue is quickly resolved. For example, I recently discovered our small business laptop is showing signs of drive failure. Due to the fact our company uses a DOWNLOADED 2021 DESKTOP edition of Premeir Manufacturing & Wholesale that we purchased from QB six years, a drive failure would wipe out six years of financial records. During these challenging times, our small business is better served by a discontinued version of QB desktop (which we know works just fine for us) rather than paying monthly for an online subscription with a provider. Therefore, we purchased a new laptop, reached out to Entriwise and learned how to upload QB Premeir M&W 2021 to the new laptop and transfer all the historical records/company file to the new laptop. In just a few hours, we we're printing FBA shipping lables, barcode labels, importing sales and expenses from Amazon, etc. Excellent customer support = Peace of mind!

Cons

We are a small business and primarily use Entriwise to import from Amazon Seller to our QB company file. In fact, we would need at least one full-time employee with expertise in Amazon Seller Central's ever-changing rules, fees, costs, etc. as well as Quickbooks for manufacturers and wholesalers...impossible to find and pay this expert in a small town!

The automation is very reliable, transferring daily summaries with full inventory data and saving us NetSuite billing lines.

Pros

Flawless Amazon NetSuite sync. Saving us days and completely eliminated errors from manual data entry.

Cons

That we didn't find it earlier. They need to improve their marketing. I wish our NetSuite partner recommended Entriwise to us.

Entriwise makes importing Amazon data a snap. Their customer support is excellent. We highly recommend Entriwise.

Cons

I have used this service for many years now and take a laborious task and makes it easy. I would recommend this to any one professionally running an Amazon account that wants detailed accounting.

Pros

They are always quick to respond to any inquiry I have and the system works effortlessly for many years now!

I don't really have any complaints the service has been great for many years. I hope they add a tik tok seller feature at some point in the future.

We've been using Entriwise for over five years, and they've been a reliable partner throughout. Their team is consistently responsive and fast — questions get answered quickly, and issues are resolved without the back-and-forth you often experience with other software providers. The level of support has been a real differentiator for us, and it's a big part of why we've stayed with them for so long. Highly recommend.

Pros

The customer support stands out the most — their team is genuinely responsive and fast. Questions get answered quickly, and issues are resolved without the long back-and-forth you often deal with elsewhere. After five years, that consistency really matters. The platform itself is straightforward and easy to use. Onboarding was simple, and day-to-day tasks don't require constant reference to documentation or training. Anyone on our team can jump in and get what they need. Data management has been reliable and accurate. Entriwise handles the heavy lifting of pulling everything together cleanly, which saves us a significant amount of time and reduces the risk of errors that would otherwise eat into our month-end close. Finally, the value for money has been excellent. The pricing is fair for what you get, and when you factor in the time saved and the quality of support, it's well worth it.

Cons

Almost too responsive — replies come so fast it can be hard to context-switch back to whatever I was working on.

Overall experience is great. The service the system provides helps consolidate all sales info into a few line items or sales orders. Entriwise really helps minimize the time it takes to import the data into your ERP system.

Pros

The Customer Support was great. I reached out for and issue we had with importing our sales to our ERP system. Within a day, the issue was resolved.

Cons

It would be nice to have a record of the sales that tie into each sales order that is created in the ERP system for audits.

Pros

great software to use with Quickbooks, everything is seamless and excellent customer support whenever there is an issue. Has tremendously helped with getting our books in order.

Cons

there is not much to dislike, there is also a nice p&l screen they created in addition to the synching.
