The platform itself is straightforward and easy to use. Onboarding was simple, and day-to-day tasks don't require constant reference to documentation or training. Anyone on our team can jump in and get what they need. Data management has been reliable and accurate. Entriwise handles the heavy lifting of pulling everything together cleanly, which saves us a significant amount of time and reduces the risk of errors that would otherwise eat into our month-end close. Finally, the value for money has been excellent. The pricing is fair for what you get, and when you factor in the time saved and the quality of support, it's well worth it. Pros It appeared to be simple and effective and simple. Cons Support seemed to resent having to work with me and promptly vanished and stopped responding within their online chat completely. I would highly recommend for anyone that needs to import complex accounting records into their accounting software. Pros Seamlessly imports all Amazon transactions into QuickBooks with just a few clicks. Makes Amazon accounting a breeze. Everything is organized accordingly in QuickBooks. I rarely have any issues with the import, but if I do support is right there to help solve the problem. Cons I have not run into any issues with this product. Has tremendously helped with getting our books in order. Cons there is not much to dislike, there is also a nice p&l screen they created in addition to the synching. Pros The Customer Support was great. I reached out for and issue we had with importing our sales to our ERP system. Within a day, the issue was resolved. Cons It would be nice to have a record of the sales that tie into each sales order that is created in the ERP system for audits. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time saved by bringing Entriwise into our process. Pros I have been using Entriwise with Quickbooks desktop premeir for six years. The product is super easy to use and customer support must be the best in the industry. When I do contact support, they attend to my needs immediately, as though they drop everything else to respond to me. It is a bit shocking and after six years, I've learned to be prepared before I reach out to support, which means we're both prepared and the issue is quickly resolved. For example, I recently discovered our small business laptop is showing signs of drive failure. Due to the fact our company uses a DOWNLOADED 2021 DESKTOP edition of Premeir Manufacturing & Wholesale that we purchased from QB six years, a drive failure would wipe out six years of financial records. During these challenging times, our small business is better served by a discontinued version of QB desktop (which we know works just fine for us) rather than paying monthly for an online subscription with a provider. Therefore, we purchased a new laptop, reached out to Entriwise and learned how to upload QB Premeir M&W 2021 to the new laptop and transfer all the historical records/company file to the new laptop. In just a few hours, we we're printing FBA shipping lables, barcode labels, importing sales and expenses from Amazon, etc. Excellent customer support = Peace of mind! Cons We are a small business and primarily use Entriwise to import from Amazon Seller to our QB company file. In fact, we would need at least one full-time employee with expertise in Amazon Seller Central's ever-changing rules, fees, costs, etc. as well as Quickbooks for manufacturers and wholesalers...impossible to find and pay this expert in a small town! Pros The application works flawlessly. It does exactly what it's supposed to do: save you hours of work every month by automating the whole bookkeeping process with your Amazon seller central account. And Amazon bookkeeping is really annoying to do manually so this is a real time-saver. Cons It's a tad more expensive than other options on the market. I think it's justified though as their product is superior. And they have a free plan if you have less than $1,000 in sales per month. No one else offers that. Pros Entriwise finally allowed us to accurately import Amazon FBA sales into Quickbooks. Prior to Entriwise, we were manually recording sales just accounting for the net revenue and it took hours every month. Now with Entriwise it's minutes of work, and the gross sales are reflected in Quickbooks, and all expenses are accounted for in the proper accounts. Cons There are really no CONS to Entriwise. The initial setup is slightly complex and maybe takes an hour or two, but after that, importing Amazon orders takes mere minutes every month. Review Source Luke D. It integrates beautifully and gives a quick and reliable way to see what's happening. The initial mapping took a little bit of time, but it has been smooth sailing since, so it was time well spent.
