If you're referring to the Reports section and the "open columns that aren't necessary," you can customize which columns are displayed in your reports. This allows you to view only the data that's relevant and useful to you. Regarding the geofence synchronization, if you are indoors, GPS accuracy may be affected because building materials block or weaken the satellite signals which causes the device to not synchronize precisely with the configured geofence location. In this case, to improve reliability, we recommend increasing the geofence radius to provide a wider detection area, especially when the device is used indoors or in areas with limited GPS signal. The built‑in employee management and CRM platform are well laid out and practical, and customer support has been responsive when needed. Regarding the occasional slowness: Fareclock is built to be a high-speed offline time clock. Usually, our app switches to offline mode to keep the process instant, syncing data in the background. However, your organization has enabled an optional setting: "Require device be online." This means your devices must have a live connection to process a punch, making the speed dependent on your local internet during peak hours. If your team disables this requirement, the app will return to its native offline speed, eliminating those loading delays.
