Pros I like that the customer support is available when needed and that they’re dedicated to resolve the concern. Cons The features that need manual intervention that could have been automated. One example is the holidays that still needs to have another step in the attendance before you can proceed with payroll processing. Cons It can be sensitive to changes, it's fast and sometimes a click leads to various changes. For example, one click on somebody's profile and while it loads you click on that same profile but the click goes to what was going to load after. Like the whole screen flashes red or a more prominent confirmed / failed message. this would help the employee to not have so many or limit the miss punches. The built‑in employee management and CRM platform are well laid out and practical, and customer support has been responsive when needed. Overall, Fareclock has significantly improved how we track and manage our workers day to day. Pros Clear, simple platform that staff picked up instantly with minimal training across all projects now. Regarding the geofence synchronization, if you are indoors, GPS accuracy may be affected because building materials block or weaken the satellite signals which causes the device to not synchronize precisely with the configured geofence location. In this case, to improve reliability, we recommend increasing the geofence radius to provide a wider detection area, especially when the device is used indoors or in areas with limited GPS signal. Payroll is quick and easy since you can create your payroll reports very quickly. Pros We like having all the features- viewing the raw punches and having hours calculated for us to easily to payroll. Cons I really can't think of a 'con'.
