The way it is helping our market presence is absolutely stunning. Pros This software has almost everything that you will need for being a marketing expert. It comes with an excellent dashboard that is rich in features & functionalities. We can set our goals, forecast the sales & reach as well check our performance under a hood. We can also manage our products, shops, & social media presence from the software itself. It has a lot to offer as a result we cannot but have grown in your marketing analytics. Cons This is such software which will let you suffer to find its cons. It is extremely well built & has everything that it needs. But it can optimize software for smartphones since people are getting used to these devices nowadays. August 27, 2020 5.0 Pros The data gets presented in a nice way and this helps a lot by making decisions. Right now we have one of our new websites connected to the system, but soon we will be adding our existing ones as well. It's super clear and there has been going a lot of attention to make everything looks nice. As a UI/UX designer i prefer that the software that i use also supports the user with a good user experience. I can definitely say that it feels easy to use and it's way better to make decisions based on data and off course monitor where necessary. Oh and off course the support through the chat is amazing. I ran into a issue and i got help immediately through the chat and it was solved in minutes. So great support! Cons I didn't find anything negative yet, so no. Hospitality Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Great Solution but poor maintenance" November 3, 2021 3.0 Shoppr.ai used to be my go-to tool as an alternative to very expensive Data tracking tools. It was promising at first and also the founder was nice to chat with. Whoever needs a solid overview of his business should test this app. It has basic data analysis. I had my fair share of joy with shoppr.ai but over the months I could sense that this software is getting abandoned. The Webpage looks outdated and the app to login is no longer secured by a simple SSL certificate. Sadly this good product had so much potential to be a thorough competitor as ecommcer analytics tool. Tru it was lacking more data but it could be improved and developed. I do hope they get their motivation back on track to improve this product. After running my store for a year successfully, we were going through a rough patch with stagnant growth and increasing marketing spend. A lot of manual work just to know from which location my store is getting more orders and sales. Shoppr made everything easy to understand which reduced my Ad spend drastically. I reached out to their team with some queries which weren’t related to Shoppr. Their team spent a good amount of time in clearing all my doubts and helping me get started. Their insights on the subject were super useful and I’m already able to make few sales now. Overall, I’m having a great experience using the software and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a smart analytics tool for their store. CMO Apparel & Fashion Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Excellent application for those of us who manage Online Stores" September 15, 2020 5.0 Before using Shoppr, I carried out all the follow-up of lost and new recurring customers through automations and spreadsheets, this software solved that aspect for me, from the same place I have all my data synchronized with customer follow-ups, KPI, products and purchases . Pros The tool is very easy to use, the metrics or KPIs can be configured according to periods and you have a view of how your business evolves without using many spreadsheets. Cons I don't really have much that I don't like about the software, but I would like it to be in other languages, like Spanish.
