Pros Everything, it fastened our work, eased it and automatized. There is no need for employee education as the program is very logical and intuitive. There are lots of reports, rates are easily uploaded and changed, bookings and agreements easily added, opened and closed... Support is also amazing, always ready to help, fast and effective. Cons Nothing, it is really amazing, no negative experience. Reason for choosing Renteon Renteon was the only option for us. We expand our fleet in 1 year for 30% with Renteon and will continue to expand. With this software we get many options organise our fleet, budget, planing income and so many other things. Their customer support is perfect and they are there for You every time You need them. Highly recommended. Pros Renteon is very easy to use, expecially when You need to learn new employee which save You time. They have best customer support (not just in car rental business). Cons I don't have any bad things to say for Renteon. Every little things that I want to change they change for me. It is more transparent and monitors employee performance is at higher level. Pros It is very easy to work with and no need lots of time for education. After sale and customer support is unique,they just do what ever you ask them to do in a very short period.Im delighted and i strongly recommend it to all sizes Car Rental companies! Pros Everything is perfect but pricing and fleet management is one of the best i have operated in my 25 years in Rent a car sector.
