After years of use, it has become a core part of our business and a trusted platform for both daily operations and management decision-making. Renteon has grown alongside our company, helping us manage an increasingly complex operation across multiple locations, brands, sales channels and franchise structures. It also improves transparency by keeping prices, selected services, rental conditions and customer information clearly recorded. This allows our customer service teams to review cases faster and provide accurate, consistent answers. From our perspective, Renteon delivers strong value through reliable rental and car management, useful customisation and a responsive team that quickly understands both our requests and the operational needs behind them. Most importantly, they make effort to adapt and develop practical solutions as our business evolves. When we look back strongest part is the longterm relationship. Renteon has not only provided software their team has continued to support our growth and develop system together with us. Pros What I value most is that Renteon understands how a rent-a-car business actually works. We use it across more than 10 of our locations and franchise operations, with connections to brokers, payment gateways, telematics, ID verification and other systems. It gives our teams a clear overview of reservations, vehicles, pricing and rental agreements, while helping management keep control of a fairly complex operation. Support and development teams are also a big part of the experience. We have worked with them for years, they listen to our feedback, and understand quickly what we are trying to achieve. I believe it is a user friendly and high quality system. Of course, like any software, it is not perfect and there is always room for improvement. That is exactly why I think surveys like this are valuable, they help identify areas where the system can be improved and better meet users' needs. Pros Great support team, always available. Special thanks to the girls for their amazing work! Thank you! Cons I would like to see more feature updates based on partner feedback. One of the most common requests from my partners is for a different pricing calculation method. For example, if a customer rents a car from 1 June to 31 July, and the daily rate on 1 June is €10, Renteon calculates the entire rental using the pickup date's price, resulting in a total of €610. However, some partners previously used systems such as Rental Car Manager, which automatically calculated the rental based on the rates for each period. In this example, it would calculate 30 days at €10 for June plus 31 days from July at €60, resulting in a total of €2,160. This approach is much simpler than using Pricing Optimization, where percentage adjustments have to be configured manually. Several partners have told me they would prefer a similar pricing model.
