Pros

For VNC it is pretty solid, much better than a less feature-rich client such a tightVNC especially when it is your primary remote access tool

Cons

not suitable for remote support in many cases as you need to connect to a client VPN before you can VNC to their internal systems, meaning multiple connections as once is not always possible, but this is more of a limitation of the protocol than the client per se

Remote support over a slower connection can be problematic.

Ease of use UltraVNC is simple to install and configure, and has an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Cons

Risk of invasion, despite the security measures, UltraVNC can be the target of hackers or malware that try to access remote computers without authorization
