Overall, I really like the idea itself, but the execution still needs some improvement. The integration has automated sending links, but it hasn’t eliminated the need to work across two systems simultaneously. I also miss a voicebot version that could conduct conversations with candidates. The AI module is quite weak – Hubert.ai’s responses to candidates are often inconsistent with the context of their statements. We have experience with other AI-based solutions that were much better at adapting to the tone of the conversation than Hubert.ai.

Pros

I really like the idea behind Hubert.ai itself: the possibility to contact candidates via email, SMS, and prescreening.

Cons

The waiting time for templates is long, and the integration with the Bullhorn system is only partial – we still have to work across two systems. Additionally, the candidate rejection reasons on the platform do not match those in the Bullhorn system

Hubert is a useful tool that improves candidate contact and enables quick screening via chat, making the recruitment process more efficient. It is relatively easy to use and offers good potential in automating initial candidate interactions. However, there are still several areas for improvement. Chatbot responses are currently too simple and lack depth, which limits the quality of candidate screening. We are also waiting for more templates, and there are noticeable issues with Polish translations. Additionally, the integration with Bullhorn is too limited for our needs – for example, it does not support passing candidate rejection reasons. Overall, Hubert has strong potential, but it requires further development, more advanced chatbot capabilities, and better integration options to fully meet our expectations.

Pros

Canidadate contact and possibility to do screenig via chat. Chatbot responses are currently too simple and lack depth, which limits the quality of candidate screening

Cons

Waiting for new tempaltes and problem with translation in Polish. Integration with BH is to simple for all our needs. For example we would need to have caniddate rejection reason in integration.

Pros

For us, Hubert has been a true game changer in recruitment efficiency and scalability! Hubert significantly improved and streamlined our high-volume recruitment process, which included multiple assessment and selection stages. The platform helped us deliver a consistently positive candidate experience while also making the process much more efficient and enjoyable for our recruiters. The impact was immediate. We quickly realized that one recruiter could manage the full application flow across five business areas instead of two recruiters. This allowed our second recruiter to focus on other priorities, creating substantial efficiency gains without compromising quality or candidate satisfaction.

Cons

At this stage, we have not identified any significant drawbacks. However, we are still relatively early in our journey with Hubert and have not been using the platform for a long period of time. As we continue to expand our usage and explore more features, we may discover areas for improvement, but our experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive.

Pros

Using Hubert has saved us a significant amount of time in our hiring process. The team at Hubert was incredibly helpful with the forms and always quick to adapt the setup when we noticed we weren't getting the right candidate inflow. Having that kind of responsive support has been great for us.

Cons

As expected with any AI tech, there was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning to fine-tune the questions and response handling.

Pros

Hubert provides us with a substantial amount of input for an initial screening of candidates. The interview allows us to form an objective view of candidates’ strengths and weaknesses in relation to the position in question. For roles that attract a large number of applicants, this gives us the opportunity to collect information about all candidates that we otherwise might not would have had the resources to gather.

Cons

The only thing I can think of that I would wish for is the ability to further customize the interface to better match our organization’s colors and visual identity. Overall, I am very satisfied with Hubert.

It is very simple and straightforward to use once it is integrated into your own workflow. It is easy to incorporate it into your recruitment process and actually put it to use.

Cons

Creating your own templates is a bit complicated, which can become something of a bottleneck when you have urgent tasks that need to be changed.

Using Hubert is a very efficent way of working when you have great volumes of candidates to screen. Fast and a big help!

Cons

Would be good if you could uninvite candidates without inactivating the job itself. Other than that, I can't complain!

Pros

What we like most about Hubert was how much it improved the efficiency of our recruitment process. Previously, our team spent a significant amount of time conducting initial phone interviews in our high-volume recruitment processes (for recruiting cleaners and metro drivers). With Hubert, that process became much faster. Hubert has also done a great initial selection of candidates for us. The ones who complete the Hubert-interview are invited to group interviews and most of them also pass this interview stage. We also like the scoring system of 1-100 when candidates complete the Hubert-interview, since it gives us a good initial overview of how each candidate match the role he/she i applying for.

Cons

One challenge in the beginning is to set up the questions in such a way so that they match that the overall score of 1-100 match the role.

Pros

Hubert is easy to use and helps make the recruitment process faster. The AI interviews and chatbot are useful. Good value for money overall and the support team has been very helpful when needed.

Cons

Sometimes the AI interview flow can feel a bit too standardized, especially for more specific roles. Even if the templates can be customized, it can still take some time to adjust everything the way you want. The reporting features could also be a bit more detailed.

Many applicants did not respond to Hubert, and we had to follow up by phone. We risked losing good candidates if we didn’t contact them by phone when they didn’t respond in Hubert. Several also gave feedback that they found it too impersonal. It was cumbersome to log into their systems to review the candidates’ responses. It was much quicker to call the candidates to cover the initial questions, and at the same time we were able to assess their language skills and communication style.

Pros

I didn’t like Hubert; it didn’t make my workday more efficient—quite the opposite. Many candidates found it too impersonal and chose not to respond.

Cons

It is not possible to assess the candidate’s language skills or communication style, which is important to uncover early in a recruitment process.

Pros

Hubert provided strong value during our trial, helping us manage high application volumes more efficiently while improving recruiter productivity and candidate experience. The support from the Hubert team was excellent throughout — friendly, responsive and collaborative, with a genuine willingness to adapt around our processes rather than forcing a standard solution. Recruiters found the platform intuitive and easy to navigate, and applicant feedback on the experience was positive. The standout feature for us was the chatbot’s ability to assess and score open competency-based questions, which is particularly important at PGL where we recruit heavily against values and behaviours rather than previous experience alone.

Cons

The only real challenge we experienced during the trial was around EDI data collection. Hubert does not support capturing EDI data within the platform, meaning we needed to create a workaround through our ATS to continue collecting this information. We understand and appreciate the reasons behind this approach, particularly around sensitive data processing and compliance. However, the additional step does create some friction within the candidate journey and administrative process.
