Pros

Easy and smooth, the software is not the most modern but who cares when it's working just fine?

Cons

Lack of modernism and bugs here and there but nothing that makes unusable.

I had a problem with reports, a call was scheduled and a report was produced ahead of the meeting which resolved the issues I was having. A quick Excel guidance was also thrown in too. Always receive amazing service and also helps resolve my issue, very knowledgeable and great customer service as always.

Pros

Always the best service and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. It is very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. It is swift, accurate and very helpful.

Cons

Helping with programme of a course! This is something new to me but its completely changed the game. Truly client focused approach during really pressing times hasn't gone unnoticed or unappreciated.

Deltanet works for new brokers and serves as a great stepping stone before getting a more robust CRM.

Pros

Deltanet is provided to me by my company, as I believe they contract with all of Coldwell Banker. It has the basic tools you need to manage your contacts and campagins, nothing too crazy.

Cons

From my experience, Deltanet does not go super in depth and is not extrémalo Robust - but it’s great for the basics!
