I use Clari almost everyday. It's amazing to see the analysis that it does for every call. I can review them and see what I did wrong and where I can improve. You can use the AI chat box to ask for any part of the conversation which makes it easy to use.

Pros

Clari does a great job recording calls in different languages and making summaries that you can review later. In my role, I'm measured on qualified meetings and Clari does a fenomenal job on identifying budget, authority, need & timing for my deals.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't join the meetings and you need to add it manually. Sometimes, even if you add them manually it still doesn't join.

We've only recently started to use Clari, it's a great tool to help with forecasting

Cons

You have to re-enter the complete forecast to proceed. Sometimes it would be easier if you could just quick submit.

Pros

Mine is a customer facing role and I have virtual meetings on a daily basis. The recording helps in making my Notes perfect and highlights some important discussions that happened on the call. Also, sometime we may have to skip calls, at those times wingman recording is your best buddy.

Cons

I don't have anything to say except for the transcript, often it doesn't pick the right words. Definitely, there should be improvement to make it better.

I like it a lot. We used to rely only on Salesloft recording which was't so stable and hard to use and had to script and learn from it all manually. Wingman has changed it.

Pros

Ability to analyze and review my calls. I get inside insights and can improve my calls next time

Pros

I don't have the time to be on every sales call to learn about our customers and see what they're comparing us against in the market. Wingman helps to consolidate this information easily with filtered searches and keywords.

Cons

Can't add multiple teams to battle cards or remove the battle card category. We are a large company with multiple teams that need assigning to very different intel on the same competitors product-depending, so I'm not entirely certain they're the best fit for all "enterprise" companies.

The tools does a great job of helping us record, analyze and improve the efficiency of the team. Apart, saves us a lot of time taking all the notes.

I don't much like the battle card popping up again and again during the call which is frustrating sometimes. So far so good.
