I have started listening to the recording of my colleagues and have learnt a lot with the help of Wingman. I do not have to ask for the help instantly with my co-workers as they would be busy working, Instead, I do listen to the recording and have learnt a lot

Pros

The writings if it is not audible over the call. As a first time user, we can record the calls and listen to them whenever required. The audio is very clear and has a great signal.

Cons

The writings if it is not audible over the call. We can make the calls anytime without any hassle and without any signal issues. It helps business work much easier.

It's a fantastic tool to empower your teams giving them visibility and providing them with the chance to improve by nourishing their skills set with other colleagues' experiences and techniques.

Pros

The chance to learn and acquire insights from other colleagues' skills and attitudes when leading conversations. Also, the possibility of easily jumping to a concrete part of the conversation by using the transcription.

Cons

Sometimes the transcription of the conversation is not 100% accurate, therefore it can result a little bit confusing when trying to identify a specific part of the dialogue.

Its amazing! I love the convenience of going back to wingman whenever I have the time and listen to sales calls and demos. We can't always hop on to every sales call or demo and Wingman helps greatly in this aspect.

Its super easy to use, user friendly interface, easy to navigate!

Nothing I could think of. I mainly use it to listen to sales calls and demos.

Pros

I love being able to listen back to calls in half the time - it saved me so much time while onboarding at a new company and allowed me to learn the ropes quickly.

Cons

Nothing major - only thing I'd change is adding comment capabilities to Game Tapes. I love being able to do that in the Team Calls area, but haven't found a way to do so directly from Game Tapes.

I like the product. I think I haven't gotten the full value from it and hope to see more insights derived from the sales call data being piped into it. But it's dead simple to use and it does a solid job at what it's supposed to do.

Pros

The call transcriptions are quite accurate and easily searchable. I like being able to jump into the exact point of a conversation that and get more context just by searching for the topic.

Cons

It tells me I'm speaking too much in situations where it would be appropriate for me to speak for an extended period of time. That can get distracting.

So far, we're new to Wingman, but it seems to be providing the core functionality we were looking for in Gong at a much cheaper price point. I especially like the talk/listen ratio for sales people and the deal tracker.

Cons

Transcriptions are still not 100% and this is not as fully powered as Gong, but definitely higher value.

Having switched from another similar software, I've found this one more complex and a bit less intuitive. Of course it also offers more features but it could be improved to become more user friendly.

\- No cons as such - Would suggest having different pricing tiers for Asia & smaller teams (1 or 2 people in sales)

It shows up as a participant in the call which sometimes maybe suspectful for the client. We have to provide info to the client that we have our notetaker app in the call. If Wingman could work discreetly, that would be good.
